We hadn't really looked around much but knew there probably wasn't going to be a whole lot of providers to choose from, and they were quick and efficient with emailing us back and getting us in the same day so that our pup would be safe, and not have her health go down the tubes. They were gentle, and loving with her, and over all she had a great first vet experience with us. We are going to continue to use them and hope for the best! Too bad that so many had poor experiences, or maybe just too high of expectations. Looking forward to seeing the team next week!

Dr. Bonnie Worthern is an angel ... we were so happy to find so many angels at the Hanover Vet Hospital ... sadly, we had to say goodbye to our cat on New Years Eve 2025 ... it was a shock and devastating ... the staff who work there are so compassionate and we are so grateful we had them by our side ... They take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything they are saying. You can tell that everyone who works there has a strong love for animals. Both Dr. Parks and Dr. Bolton are amazing at what they do. They always try to be quick so that your animal is calm and relaxed. Daniella is great as well. She always spends time with the animal and making sure they are doing alright. Sue at the desk really is good at her job. She is friendly and is quick. I would highly recommend this place. I have been to others and this is definitely a great place. They also have cuties there for adoption so if you are looking, please go there!

I drive two hours to take my dog to them because I trust them. I went to another clinic in the city and that vet had recommended unnecessary surgery to remove a fat lump off my dog that was right by her tail. My vet said if we went through with the surgery the site would have a hard time healing because of the location and it wasn't necessary as it wasn't causing her pain. I trust them and the advice they give.

And come to find out they also had the wrong medical chart up it wasn't even my dog good thing I did ask questions or she could've been treated for something that didn't even pertain to her. They should be on top of that , you would think that's important. They are not compassionate and they really don't care so why take your animals there I will not be. And the medication that they gave my dog cost $300 and it didn't clear up her infection, not even one little bit. The old staff was so much better it's a sin they are gone now. Also I want to mention that when I first went into the clinic last week the vet was telling me that My dog had been in here for her teeth before not once has my dog been in there for teeth so I'm wondering when and I'm asking questions and come to find out she had the wrong dogs files. who's dog I don't know but none that didn't belong to me.
