Do not buy any animals from this woman. She is a monster. She is a puppy/kitten broker, which…read moremeans that she poses as a real breeder by bringing the animals to her home to be sold, but they are sourced from puppy mills. She has a million excuses why the parent dogs are not available to be seen, and they all seem legitimate at the time. My family bought a Cavalier puppy from her in 2017. We just had to have him euthanized yesterday because his health problems were causing him so much pain. He wasn't even 5 years old. She is a master of the "bait and switch". The puppies were advertised as coming with a pedigree and be registered with the CKC. However, when we picked up the dog she said that it's always such a hassle to register them and most people didn't care about having them registered and she took $200 off the price of the dog. The purchase price was $2000. Lorelei "guaranteed" that his parents had been cleared for the condition that our dog had (syringomyelia). It's when the dog's skull is too small for his brain and the brain stem gets squished and causes multiple systemic problems and pain. It's genetic and anyone who actually cared about dogs would never breed a dog with the condition. It usually shows up within their first year, so it's not like it takes forever to develop. NO REPUTABLE BREEDER WOULD BREED A DOG WITH THIS CONDITION. It's a known problem for this breed and efforts have been made to eliminate it in the Cavalier gene pool. Well, our dog had systemic health problems and was pretty much in pain his entire life. We got a lot of veterinary care for him- medication, ultrasounds, an mri but nothing really helped that much. He was also having kidney and heart problems. Finally, the pressure of the cerebral fluid in his brain rose and he suddenly had trouble breathing. By the time we got him to the vet there wasn't really anything they could do. Don't buy your pet from Lorelei, whatever you choose- puppy or kitten. She is helping to perpetuate animal mills which causes an immense amount of animal suffering.

We had a really great experience with Lorelei Beal from Country Care Doodles. After researching and…read morecalling over half a dozen breeders for a Cavpoo breed, we were referred to Lorelei from another breeder. We contacted her about her litter and she immediately called us back. We spoke about what we were looking for, the breed as well as the parents of the puppies. She told us that we would not find a better mannered dog (was she ever right). We did purchase the puppy at the beginning of COVID-19 during the lock down period, so we were not able to visit the puppy. This led to some uneasy feelings as the down payment for this dog is a significant amount of money, and we obviously had not met Lorelei in person at this point. She did, however, send us photos of 'Benny' quite frequently. She also provided us with progress with him from time to time. This definitely made us feel better about the process. The pickup day went very well, our puppy was bathed, had his 1st vaccine and his revolution (anti-flee medicine) applied. We received a bag of food as well as a toy (which he still plays with). Benny is 6 months old now and adjusting well with our family. We are so in love with him! We would most definitely recommend Lorelei as a breeder! If you have any specific questions about our puppy experience, feel free to comment and I will do my best to respond. Thank you so much Lorelei!

This was my first puppy so I did have questions and nothing was ignored, as a matter of fact just the opposite. I really appreciated the time they took to answer questions so that I can give her the best. We have had her 3 years now and cannot imagine life without her. Highly recommend adopting here ... you won't be sorry .. I know I am not

My husband purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog from this breeder - from what I was told about the…read moreexperience it sounds more like a puppy mill to me. Long story short, we were told he had his first vaccines, however the paperwork would be mailed to us. He claimed we would receive the paperwork between Dec 21 - Dec 29. I called my vet to book second shots (due to holidays the earliest they could book would be Jan 6) We constantly asked David for the paperwork as it never arrived in the mail, we then asked for the vet info at least so our vet could contact them - he refused (red flag) We had our vet call David directly and found the vet name ... what David failed to mention was he, himself, gives the injections and has a vet sign off (Dr. Puri) Unsure why he left that out in the first place... I called Dr. Puri office and was informed some breeders do their own vaccines - OK - moving on.. We ended up having to get and pay for first shots all over again since we still had not received any paperwork, when my husband reached out to David to let him know our disappointment, David was not pleased... We ended up receiving the paperwork for "our dog" this week.... The shot date says either December 17th or December 27th.. We brought our dog home December 12th, so unless David broke into our home a few days later to do puppy vaccines he is a liar. Sketchy business he is running, I feel terrible for all those puppies likely not getting their first shots. Just sell them without shots so new owners can protect their new animals! Terrible place.
