Anyway, we took our puppy to their doggie day care ther. Many things happened but to many things to list here. The most recent incident, I picked him up one day, they told me he was throwing up bile, I got him to my car, he threw up bile and passed out. I rushed to Orchard Park Vet Hospital, they sedated him to take X ray, they also checked him where they found he was very dehydrated. Nothing was found on x ray, a short later we were told he suffered a grand mal seizure. Two days later he was positive for giardia. He is now on Keppra and will be tested further for giardia. He obviously hasn't returned there. Eagle Ridge professionals never contacted us regarding his absence. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

They were *always* able to accommodate her immediately and *always* able to provide the best care possible, given the circumstances. I could not have gotten this level of emergent care from any vet hospital in my home city (believe me, I tried). To doctors Wajda, Kwiatkowski, and Carbone, as well as the many receptionists, desk staff, and techs who helped us from our first visit until the end of her life: thank you. Thank you for allowing us to give Ophelia the best quality of life possible for the short time she had left, and thank you for all the tissues (though you may want to spring for 2-ply in the future).

They were very upfront about the cost which I think is important. Of course it was pricey, but what emergency vet isn't. I felt they were very kind and caring to both my cat and my family throughout the experience. My cat had to have surgery and was there for a few days and they were so good about calling and giving me updates. I would definitely come back here.
