The rate was $40/day which included interaction with other dogs, I called them on 2/2/2018 to bring Capone in and was informed with "new rates". Now its $45/day, also a new $10/day fee to interact with other dogs, and if I choose to have my dog interact they charge a mandatory fee to bathe my dog ($52). I have had them bathe Capone in the past ($47) but it was never mandatory. These "fees" have forced me to looks elsewhere to board Capone when needed. Capone liked the people and facility but I believe these extra mandatory fees will reduce their clientele. I will be researching different facilities in the area. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank You! Tom

I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs. I became so comfortable because of his obvious enjoyment that this was the first day care I ever allowed my dog to be stay over night! When I relocated for work I wish I could have brought Jen and the day care with me!

When we would pick her up, they'd announce, "I need Teeny Maisie from Small Dogs" and we could see all the small dogs run for the exit with JUST Maisie being brought to us! The dogs are SO SO happy. And a GOOD dog is a TIRED dog. We had Janelle for a couple of training classes, and she knows her stuff. We got excellent training and tips from Janelle - she was authoritarian and organized, and gave individual attention as needed. Highly recommend! I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience at this grooming facility. After what…read morehappened to my dog, I will never bring her back, and I strongly encourage other pet owners to thoroughly check their pets after every grooming appointment. My dog was groomed by Carly on Saturday, 9/19/26. During the grooming, the hair between my dog's toes was cut, and her skin was clipped in at least two areas. The attached picture clearly shows the injuries and blood. What is even more upsetting than the accident itself is how the situation was handled afterward. Accidents can happen, and I am a very understanding person. What I expect, however, is honesty, accountability, and communication. I was not informed that my dog's skin had been cut. Had Carly or the staff told me immediately, I could have started treating the affected areas much sooner. Instead, I had to email the clinic on Sunday 9/20/26 evening to request an appointment with the veterinarian because I was concerned about the injuries. I was advised to apply ointment until she could be seen. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment I could get with the actual veterinarian was 10/5/26. My dog was able to go in and see a technician on 9/21/26 for other services, but I still had to wait to have the veterinarian properly evaluate the injuries. I also contacted Chelsie, the store manager, about what happened. Rather than receiving an apology and accountability, I felt that she was defensive and more focused on defending her staff. I was also told that my dog's allergies were to blame. Regardless of whether my dog has allergies, that does not explain away the fact that her skin was visibly clipped and bleeding. If my dog's skin was accidentally cut during grooming, I should have been informed immediately. Unfortunately, this was not my first frustrating experience with this location. We had just moved to Buffalo from Derby and brought our dog there for her first appointment on 8/1/26. At that appointment, I asked to schedule her next grooming six weeks later. Leo, the staff member I dealt with on 8/1, told me that he scheduled her for 9/12/26. When we expected to bring her in, my dog was not on the schedule. I was then given the impression that someone else had forgotten to put her appointment on the calendar, even though Leo was the person who had scheduled it with me. As a result, we had to wait another week and didn't get her back on the schedule until 9/19/26. After everything that has happened, the lack of accountability and communication has completely destroyed my trust in this business. The grooming accident itself could have been an unfortunate mistake. The way it was handled is what I find unacceptable. If Carly accidentally clipped my dog's skin, I should have been told the same day. Instead, I discovered the injury afterward and had to take the initiative to contact the clinic myself. I will never take my dog back to this location. I strongly recommend that every pet owner carefully inspect their dog's entire body--including between the toes--after leaving any grooming facility. Do not assume that you will be informed if something goes wrong. My dog's safety and well-being come first, and based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in this facility.
