Bill is amazing, yeah he's a bit like one of the critics from the muppets, but he's a solid dude particularly if you've got an old car. You won't get what most people think of as the typical customer service. He won't tell you, "this is guaranteed for this long", and never will he upsell you, or over charge you. If you ask him "Are my breaks ok?" he might say "Do they work?" and it's up to you to tell him, you think they are loses, or you've been having trouble with such and such, under such and such conditions.
Just for your consideration, my family had a 1992 Buick Century, we had it from 2002 until 2017, and only took it to Bill. He kept that damn car on the road till it was antique! No, he's not a slick dealership mechanic, but the man knows his stuff. I take my 2005 Camry there now, and it's running fine. read more
