A group of locals sitting nearby were singing loudly to the speaker music. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying--they might have been over-served. We actually had to ask someone else to order an appetizer: the Pimento dip. The dip itself was delicious, but the accompanying veggies were a little slimy. The dish looked beautiful initially, but we couldn't eat some of the vegetables because they weren't fresh. Anyway, it's a shame. Based on this experience, we probably won't be back.

I expected the appetizer to arrive before the entrée. After approximately 30-40 minutes, the root beer and the appetizer still had not been served, even though my pizza had already arrived. When Hannah returned to the table, I politely asked about the missing items. Her response was dismissive, stating that she had not forgotten them and that appetizers are typically brought out with the meal. When I told her I no longer needed the JoJo's, she appeared frustrated and left the table. She later returned, explaining that the restaurant was busy and that appetizers are served with entrées during such times. She brought the JoJo's and said she would not charge for them, which I appreciated, though I did not eat them. I believe Hannah may simply benefit from additional customer service guidance from McGlinn's management.
