Not too rushed, but weren't waiting long for next course either. Some favorites of the night included the tartare, waffle with cured ham, and the brown crab with spring peas, but everything was really well balanced and delicious. We elected to add a 10% tip which our personal custom when traveling in Europe vs, say the US where we usually default to 20% unless service wasn't great and may tip more for exceptional, over the top service.
