During this time, I was under a lot of stress trying to oversee my parent's needs and was not the easiest person to deal with. The team at Gardens treated me with patience and respect as they knew it was an incredibly difficult time for me and they were amazing at caring for my parents. What helped me make my decision was when I talked to actual residents. They love living at Bethel - and several mentioned how everyone feels like family - from the staff to the other residents. One particular resident shared with me that she actually had no living family left, and that Bethel was her family. Their office administration in Modesto and in Fresno are RUDE and think they own the world. I have talked to a Sandra, Jorge(whom sounds like a girl), and a Sheila, who have all hung up on me when I wanted to ask why my weekly payments increase every week!
