Instructors are solid but are forced to implement highly restrictive policy to enable students that have no business being in a shop to pass classes. Making honest remarks on course surveys will negatively impact instructors to the point they will give the class the final exam answers to get all 5-star reviews.

After receiving all of my information , being a dependent myself whose beneficiary was considered KIA/Disabled after august first twenty twenty three they repeatedly tried to tell me due to my age i am ineligible to receive chapter thirty five benefits. However , if your beneficiary is considered disabled or killed in action after august first twenty twenty three , there is no age out for the benefits. Meaning in theory you can still use it when you're sixty years old. The housing by far is one of the worst things things I have ever experienced in a scholastic environment. Collegiate Housing first and foremost prioritizes profit rather than the student's well being. They are charging $900 a person for a dorm shared with 4 people, you dont even have a private bedroom. Ontop of the many hidden fees and stipulations that they do not tell you about nor do they reach out with you with a representative. Emails tend to be sparse lacking in need to know information. At the time of writing this this would be my first time in florida as well as the orlando area as well as my first time attending this campus. I was very exited to travel and learn a trade ive always been interested in however. My optimism was quickly crushed by the lack of experience UTIs VA assistance department. So much so that if you told me none of their personnel were veterans I would believe you. Even if I were to be accepted and have the opportunity to train and learn about a trade I am very much interested in i would never recommend this institute two friends, family or even acquaintances due to how needlessly stressful, they make the application process for veterans/dependent benefits.

Cambridge offers the same program for 14k while theirs is 20k+. They want money for EVERYTHING. There are maybe 4 good people out of their ENTIRE staff, the president of the entire school is no help either, all blood suckers and I've talked to others who've had the same experience. I attended Concorde for the DA program and honestly regret that decision. The lack of communication…read morethat the teachers, administrators, and every person involved with the DA program have with their students is completely unprofessional. I learned more about Dental assisting in one week on my externship than anyone ever taught me during the 7 months I spent at Concorde. When going on to my externship they told us to never hesitate to reach out and ask questions. When I did, I was given dry texts that never actually answered my questions fully. They also told us due dates for assignments and then last minute, send out an email saying it was due that night. They have never once stopped to think about and consider that people in the program have jobs and lives outside of school and externships. When in school, we were given 15-20 assignments a week and useless tests but only spending maybe 4 hours in the lab for the two days we were there. In reality Dental assisting requires no tests or assignments and is 90% hands on work. If you are considering attending Concorde for their DA program I'd highly recommend not going into $20,000 dollars of debt just to show up to the office on your first day of externship and learn that almost everything they taught you was useless. I also realized very quickly that externship is another way of saying free labor. Working thirty hours a week with no pay check is frustrating and emotionally draining. If I had known what I know now about Concorde I would've never even thought about attending. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Ordered my materials online and when they came I was missing one. I emailed the email on the…read morepacking slip, never got a reply. After a week I got on the website and found 2 phone numbers. Called the first one and got told they didn't deal with lost items or refunds and I needed to call the second number. The second number said they didn't deal with it either and I needed to call the first number. I told them they told me to call them. I finally got a supervisor email and emailed it. The supervisor gave me a 3rd phone number that went to voicemail and never got a callback. On top of this I spent 2 hours, talking to 4 people to get a parking pass $110 later and it doesn't work. I'm still having to pay for parking. Then I decide to drop the classes because I'm not playing their stupid games anymore and because of some situation with the ocpd I can't get to my car and leave for 2 hours and I was charged the extra 2 hours for parking and the person you get when you push the button to call for help told me to pay it and call the number to get reimbursed for it. When I called the number they said I should have talked to them over the call button and they weren't going to do anything about it because the situation wasn't their fault. I told them it wasn't my fault I was forced to sit in the lobby waiting for 2 hours when I would have gladly left but they just said well it's not their fault and hung up on me. The downtown campus of this college is a joke with 0 accountability for anything.
