Agil J. did a fantastic job in serving our ice cream orders. The ice cream was delicious!!

Good spot! There's so few froyo spots in/near Boston. Was $7 w/ a google review which was nice. I got toasted marshmallow flavor it was yummy. Only weird thing was the employees do the samples for you instead of you doing them yourself. Worth it tho! read more

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt - Frozen yogurt - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Saugus, Massachusetts

my orange leaf experience has been well. I have felt so loved there because I care about frozen yogurt and I want to keep it relevant. Anyways, now for some reason orange leaf keeps calling back to me, but I do not feel the same love when I go. and why is that? Because the pricing changed, I am sorry I do not have a full time job but If i want as much frozen yogurt as I can get I would like it to be by cup sizes not by weight. The cup sizes make more sense because it is very easy and fast, you do not need to weigh my cup. And, I can predict my price before even paying so no surprise price. I am sorry my math isn't all well as yours but no need to shame! Weight pricing could be messy because I could be charged more for toppings that I would prefer such as oreos. I like your frozen yogurt and your options, but you need to change your pricing back to cup sizes. read more

I beg for you guys to please add plain tart yogurt!! It's a great flavor for people with allergies.

Love that it's a set price based on what size cup you get! I got a weird combo: strawberry, cookies and cream and brownie for frozen yogurt. They were all so good and yummy. Clearly I didn't feel like being healthy, so for toppings I got fudge, brownie and cookie dough, totally worth it! The service was good, cashier was friendly. It's a small place, so doesn't have a lot of seats, but luckily there weren't many people there and it was nice to sit and eat there. read more

BEST FROYO EVER I don't even need to explain, it is just amazing. The self service is also really good.

With COVID 19 no more self serve. The server brought us our frozen yogurt and you can pick your flavors and up to three toppings. It was quick and easy. Great afternoon pick me up snack. read more

Wish there were negative stars to leave. I was looking forward to this place seeing it no longer was where I live. Me and a friend went to get ice cream and were enjoying a few of the same flavors. We continued to check out and pay and were looking forward to a treat we no longer had locally. We took the ice cream and noted that there was a hair in my friends that was very long, and his hair is not the length of the one in the ice cream, nor the color. He politely went inside and asked for a refund for the two because it was in the ice cream, and we had the same flavors. When asking for a refund the worker said to "fill another cup", but we were disgusted. The worker then brought out the manager who pointed a finger saying that "no girls worked there" as if the hair was our problem. He told my friend that he could not give a refund. After going back and forth, he then said that one could be refunded, but not both. Because of the back and forth, the manager headed to hide behind the door and call the police and we told him he should, seeing he was cheating us out of our money. The police showed up and were not needed by any means. After 45 minutes of back and forth and the manager "calling corporate" I had gone to ask if both could be refunded because we had the same types and he stated that "if my friend asked politely, he would have refunded both" (which was not the case from the start) and his story kept changing about what he could do for us. Maybe he think girls are more deserving of a refund despite not giving one? Ultimately I was told I could not get a refund because no transaction existed (despite being charged on my card). Even after asking for cash to cancel the dispute on card, he would not give cash. Multiple times he was shown the receipt on my phone from the two ice creams with the date, time, and total. Even the cop thought it was ridiculous not to just give cash and save everyone the continued headache. Major headache coming here. The worker sat on his phone the whole time we walked in. An incredibly disappointing and difficult experience is an understatement. I would've thought that simply wanting money back for hair in ice cream would not be so complicated and end up with a story spun and tattling to the cops. 0/10 would not recommend. I wish I took a picture of the cop car in front of the shop, it was a pathetic move. read more

My husband and I love coming here! I think it's our favorite place to get ice cream. Lots of options and everything is customized by you!

Super customer service. I got a grub hub delivery today and they were out of an ingredient or two. I got a call from the employee?owner? Of orange leaf, asking me what substitutions I would like. This was my second grub hub order of the day. One from dunks, one from here. Dunks sent the wrong donuts for my son. Orange leaf actually CALLED to clarify. How wonderful and refreshing to have good customer service I am so happy to have yummy fro-yo AND good customer service read more

Extremely good frozen yogurt! I always come here for a good treat. Great costumer service very kind and nice workers. Also very clean!!!

Utterly disgusted going in here tonight. The floor & tables were a complete mess. My family & I had to throughly wipe down a table & 4 chairs. I sat with my younger son while my wife & older son got their orders. While paying for their order I watched as 3 teenagers went back and forth to several different of the frozen yogurt machines using their fingers to sample the yogurt. Using the same hand & finger for each machine. At that point I was grossed out especially with the corona virus and that definitely having to be some health code violation I chose not to get any frozen yogurt. My wife informed the young employee behind the counter, but he did not to show any concern. We found out why as he spent the remainder of the time sitting with, talking, and eating frozen yogurt with the three teenagers. This took away from other customers who were waiting to pay as he sat there socializing with the three teenagers. There are signs in the establishment that mention once you get your toppings it's against health code regulations to get more. This however did not stop the three teenagers who went to the toppings bar and sampled toppings by picking them out of the bar with their fingers and who of all people watched them do this as he stood on the other side of the counter talking with them?! The young employee!! When I took my son to use the bathroom I should've waited to take him to a porta potty as I'm sure that would have been more sanitary. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service and what I'm sure are several health code violations. Will not be returning here! read more

young man served us tonight. His name is Marcus. May i say he is a very excellent worker and i'm beyond impressed with his impeccable work ethic. i've been sitting here eating my delicious froyo, (brownie batter, birthday cake, and cookies and cream) for approximately 30 minutes with my cousin and this entire time the worker hasn't stopped. He's restocking the napkins as I type! Always cleaning, on time & polite with the customers. also doing great with online orders. give this kid a promotion pronto! Not to add the environment is very calming, relaxing, peaceful and most of all clean! the orange detailing is exquisite. my absolute favorite is the cool orange spoons. they feel so nice on your tongue. when i get my own apartment i want to buy hundreds of them to stock in my cabinets for ice cream nights. the couches are super comfortable as well. great place to grab some froyo and chill out with friends and family. -Your fav food critic Amerie read more

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt - so delicious i scraped the entire bowl clean - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Saugus, Massachusetts

Orange leaf used to be or favorite spot for frozen yogurt and they had a great variety of flavors with great quality. It's disappointing how the quality has changed and now u can't really taste the "flavor". They are all very watery and it feels like leaking ice cubes. I have noticed this change for the last months. I really hope they can bring the original great flavors back. read more

We tried this place on a whim , while we were shopping on route 1 . With COVID-19 restrictions easing , the toppings bar was back . I went with a simple large cup , brownie batter fro yo , with crushed Oreo , marshmallows and peanuts. Needless to say it was great . Perfect size , more or less would have been not enough or too much . Clean and comfortable inside , cute decor . so we will be back this summer at least once a week for a sweet treat ! read more

Amazing collection of froyo. Loved wedding cake and brownie batter. And they have thrown away the scales and made prices for cup size. You can fill it with whatever you can ( no limit!).Kid friendly and casual ambience. read more

Great flavor selection low fat yogurt, the price is based on the size of the cup instead of the weight which is really nice. I tried a combo of 4 flavors, take five, birthday cake, cookies n cream and Reese's. They all had a strong flavor and very sweet. Conveniently located. read more

favorite flavors are tart & orange sorbet! i think it's pretty self explanatory, self served froyo, but there is usually at least one worker to help you. It's pretty quiet but can pick up pretty fast out of no where. you get "3 toppings for free" but idk what they do if u put more... it doesn't say anything on the menu abt an up charge read more

Delicious refreshing! Place was spotless and staff were very friendly! Social distancing g and very clean! Quick no wait!

Nice to froyo is making its way to the east coast! Loved it when I was in California. I have hunted for similar places here in the Boston area, but got really lucky with this orange leaf! This place is fantastic, such variety in flavors, so clean and a helpful staff. The decor is happy and comfortable, location is prime with plenty of parking. A great place to come hang out or get a sweet snack! Will definitely be returning! Even in those harsh winter days coming up... Ha! read more

I'm in orange leaf as I write this and it's pretty cool!! I mean I've been here before but now I decided it's time to review. It's like wicked bright, and there is this poster of a rollerblading horse staring me in the face but like 10/10 on effort in decorations. They have a bunch of superb flavors and they stopped charging by weight so you can load up the cup for CHEAP. I recommend. read more

Lemme start off and say holy crap! I've always loved orange leaf but recently they've gotten rid of the orange leaves near me so i had to hike it to Saugus. After the long ride, i was starving! There were so many options i couldn't choose! i decided on tart and chocolate and i wasn't disappointed, the prices aren't bad either. my only complaint is that when i walked in there was country music blasting. other than that, i had a great experience! read more

Ok I love orange leaf froyo- this is a odd review for me. This location just opened in the same plaza as ihop on rte 1 slightly easy to get to with parking verses Davis square minimal parking. The store is tropical leaf decor and style with plenty of seats and plenty of froyo machines. However there was no quarts for same for such a large open location. When I walked in the man who looked like the manager was eating froyo with toppings in front of me behind the counter. Now that's a sanitary no no!! Then when I was purchasing my deliciousness I asked for wax paper for the drive ( sounds odd but other locations have provided this ) when I asked for a bag the " manager" walked away and the cashier didn't know where they were. I've noticedOrange leaf is excessively expanding hopefully this spot wasn't opened just to take advantage of that. read more

Decent flavor selection. Decent topping selection. Would have loved more non dairy flavors. Quiet ambience. Orange and green apple was good.

Bought a groupon for $10 - when I went to pay, it came to $8. He swiped the groupon. When I asked about my change, he said I didn't get any - that I should have known. Frankly, I would have used cash had I known that I would lose $2 of value by using the groupon. He acted like a jerk, too. Seemed underhanded. Won't be buying a groupon for this location any more. read more

Yay, post hot pot sweet. We came here after stuffing ourselves, but there's always room for dessert! Annnnnd we found out Zinga! closed. They were having a special where you fill up a (size)-cup and it was a fixed price for that cup - meaning allllll the froyo and toppings you want, as long as it fits. They had a variety of flavors that evening but I opted for the cake batter and pistachio and let me tell you, that combo was on point. Nice vibe and bright colors for décor. They gave you a shovel as a spoon because it takes a shovel to shove all the froyo and toppings into your mouth. I'm a fan, I'll be back when I'm in the area. read more

I love this yogurt shop! They always a cool variety of flavors to choose from. The topping bar is amazing ranging from gummie bears to cereal toppings. The store is super clean. I love the orange décor. It's vibrant and fun. The cashier was very pleasant and had a nice smile on her face. When I go out to dinner with my friend we always try to stop her for dessert. Last night I had salted caramel and peanut yogurt. I made my own little peanut butter sundae. It was the perfect end to the weekend. This place is great for families or if you just want to chat with your friend. I am happy I am seeing more shops opening up in the area. Please open one in Quincy, MA! This would make me a very happy gal! read more

What a great place to get frozen yogurt! I really enjoyed the options of sides and different types of flavors they have. Restaurant was clean and service was great. The owner when above and beyond to give me as many samples as I requested (7 in all). Most places get stingy after asking for more than 2 samples, but this shop was fantastic! I would definitely come back here again and would considerate for date night as well. It would be a great addition to a movie or dinner with my girlfriend. I highly recommend this orange leaf, and although i think of frozen yogurt as a summer treat, it really cheered me up on cold wet New England day! -Jay read more

My review is based on multiple occasions. Last week I took 4 9year old to celebrate a birthday and last day of school(moving) the kids we're excited (Considering it's a kids place) they may of taken 3 sample each to try different type (bring kids they don't know) the guy rudely came over and took the sample cups and hid them(I seen it) on his walk to the bathroom.. okay FAst Forward a week later to today I go there with 2 kids we make a cup and pick 3topping and sit down one of the children jokingly went back to add some I instantly yelled at her(bc my child I will alway yell at them when their Wong) the wife apparently was the lady that was making a cup next to my daughter. Told me I had to pay for it NO PROBLEM if it was a cup or even a full pull down on the ice cream machine BUT IT WASN'T I explained to the guy what happened he went on to say bc of health reason once it's pulled they have to charge. Interesting bc the wife didn't pay!! Guess her isn't part of health code... Okay I paid BUT I will be finding a new Friday spot for the kids on Friday we only have a hour b4 dance and it was our Friday spot not any longer. read more
