Full disclosure - NEVER had I eaten frozen yogurt (or FroYo as the cool kids of today call it) before this so my friend and his girlfriend dragged my by the wrist and took me in. And the rest as they say, is history. Yeah, I shouldn't have written that line. Now I can't take it back. Anyways, the place is quite bubbly with its pastel walls and pop music from the 90's playing in the back. Reminders of a much simpler time. The yogurt was creamy and tasty. Came by to check it out in this city when I stopped at a nearby place. And it was an interesting experience The part that shocked me is that they had 3 sizes with fixed price! (time to fill up all the way) but the sizes are kinda small compared to other froyo places The flavors were amazing and refreshing. and they had good variety of flavors. definitely a positive experience. I guess typical for most fro yo places - run by very young staff who seem fairly interested in their own wants rather than customers. Usually not too busy but came here Friday night and the place was wrecked - candy all crushed into the floor, no tables cleaned, the service area was a disaster. They have one machine that is down with a table advertising in front of it (not sure if they're gonna fix this or not) and additional outs on the line limited selections of flavors even more. When we finally got to register, a young lady told us "just so ya know, we are closing in fifteen minutes". (I'm not sure the yogurt wouldn't have turned to soup in that time or not), another staff member came by about three minutes later to tell us again do their impending closings - we felt very rushed and left well in advance of their closing. read more

I absolutely love orange leaf, I think it's a great place to be if you're looking to cool down in the middle of a heat advisory, if you're wandering Main Street aimlessly or just to relax with friends after a long meeting! I just went into Orange Leaf and it was amazing! I have been to other froyo places nearby and this one is by far the best! The atmosphere is clean, hip and fresh. The froyo was so much more creamy and the flavors are more bold than others I've had. Go here! It's the best! read more

The best froyos in town! You can't go wrong with Orange Leaf, especially on a hot summer day. Many great and interesting flavors are available and you can mix them together as well. Something fun and unique downtown. Hip and upbeat. Received a warm and friendly welcome and a thorough explanation of the offerings and how things work. All of the froyo served at this location is gluten-free and we felt reassured eating it. View the comprehensive allergen list on the company website; we chose to avoid the toppings due to cross-contamination. Who needs toppings when the taste of the froyo by itself is so flavorful? This establishment's service leaves a lot to be desired. Came in around 3:00 PM and asked for a sample cup to decide on froyo flavor. The lady behind the register was making a smoothie for my companion who had walked in with me. She said that she would get me a cup after she finish the smoothie. I stayed and waited and she walked back-and-forth between the blender and the register to ring my friend out, passing the bin with the sample cups multiple times. She then proceeded to help the next person in line without getting me a sample cup, so I gave up on getting served and left. In future they should either have more staff there to handle the small number of customers in the store or have staff that can multitask. read more

Delicious frozen yogurt, man great flavors that are frequently changing. Although the original tart is my fav. And great selection of toppings! I love the hot butterscotch (or is it caramel, I don't remember). The employees are always super friendly too. Love that it's open late (very late by concord standards). The only 2 qualms I have: the bright green and orange walls are HIDEOUS!!! Awful. Before orange leaf the woodwork was dark wood and beautiful, and probably old. But they painted over it in the most hideous colors and color combination ever. Also, I wish that there was more fresh fruit offered for toppings, there's usually 2 or 3 to choose from while other similar frozen yogurt spots typically have a lot more fresh fruit toppings. I have narcolepsy and passed out on the couch. I was left there for 2 hours and upon finally being able to wake found not only customers but STAFF laughing at me. I told them I had it ahead of time and missed picking my mother up from the hospital. this isn't even all of it, things were missing from my backpack! don't go here, dishonest and horrible environment. read more

We went here last night and we were appalled at what a mess everything was. Every table was dirty, every yogurt machine had big blobs of stuff hanging around, all the toppings were co-mingled. The sauce and whipped cream area was disgusting. We'd been there numerous times before and loved it, but the two guys working there were instead hanging around with their friends (a couple laying all over each other on a couch), and didn't seem to care about the place at all. From not having any Froyo shops in town within the past few months three have opened in the city. I have tried all three and I must say that flavorwise Orange Leaf tops them. The Wedding Cake flavor is like a slice of real cake! My only complaint is that they house their nuts in with all the other toppings. My husband is deathly allergic to peanuts and treenuts and we always are happy when we see a nut-friendly establishment -- saddens me because we will most likely not visit again due to this. read more

I've been here two or three times, and really wish I could come more often. This shop offers so many flavors, and so much room. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and there are comfy couches and chairs that make this place perfect for hanging out. I got an Orange Leaf certificate as a gift. It was from Groupon. I am not familiar with Groupon, so the resulting problem may be partly my fault. The paper I had, worth ten dollars, had no conditions written on it. When I got to Orange Leaf, they had lots of conditions. The most serious one was that they would not honor the ten dollar value. For a purchase of 6.50, they would give no change or store credit. . They offered to let me get anything else in the store to bring up the purchase, but then they would not let me choose a gift card. They told me I could call a manager, but they would not give me a phone number. They eventually called a manager for me and he was apologetic and understanding, but he said he did not have the authority to honor the ten dollar value. The two cashiers became increasingly defensive. They did acknowledge that they had had customers bring up this problem before. I feel badly for them, forced to defend what appears to be a deceptive practice. If conditions like this really exist ( no change or store credit given) I suggest that Orange Leaf and Groupon put them in writing, clearly, on paper, and up front. read more

Went here last year. Yogurt was creamy and inexpensive. Went again recently. Yogurt went WAY up in price and WAY down in quality. Don't bother with this place. read more
