Excellent venue for for team building and not to mention cooking great food. The chefs on hand very nice and incredibly helpful in giving suggestions on cooking technique and recipes. We will very likely visit again for another cooking contest.

BMW hosted us there so I cannot talk price but I would use the place in a minute for a corporate event.

Ah, well, it's a place where a small number of food related businesses share a certified kitchen space in a way that is both noninvasive to the separate businesses and supports and monetizes the space. Yup. Pretty awesome. A shared use food making space like Kitchen inc is such a recent idea that it is all still under construction, both in the physical space, and in the system structure. There is a sore need for kitchens that can be used by small food businesses, like caterers, or jam makers, or bakers. Sadly, there are few kitchens, and Kitchen Inc is the first and only of its kind in the area. My hope is that suddenly lots of people with money are going to realize that it is not impossible to build a shared use space and someone will build one for gluten free bakers, and one for raw food, and one for vegans and one for butchers and so on. Right now there is space at Kitchen inc only for occasional users. If you are looking for a place to cook and throw a party, or conduct a class, definitely get in touch through the website. Hooray for shared use kitchens!! Hip hip hoorah!

It was also nice to see a small business adapt so well during the pandemic and take customer safety and convenience so seriously..offering the service of assembling for us when we weren't comfortable being in-store or delivery were nice touches, and they really worked hard to still offer a variety of tasty meals amid country-wide supply-chain shortages. Some of my favorites have been the mini meatloaves, chicken pot pie puffs, and tacos. When you're tired at the end of the workday and have a family to feed, it's a relief to have delicious meals like these ready to be cooked in a short amount of time.

I am an "Executive Chef" with Dream Dinners, and I have spent well over $20,000 at Dream Dinners over the years. The original owners sold to the present owner, Amy, a few years ago, and since then the business has gone down hill. We have had issues with the quality of the food, the assembly of the meals (haphazardly with missing ingredients), items constantly out of stock, and worst of all the new owner is rude, unpleasant, and does not care about the business. Her customer service skills are seriously lacking, and she does not want to hear any constructive feedback about her business. I responded to an e-mail today asking me to switch my scheduled appointment to make my meals in person (for the first since Covid) to an evening, (when I work). I told her that I could not make an evening appointment, and maybe the reason that Friday morning was so busy was because that she did not have enough in person spaces (she said they are very crowded on Friday morning). I also expressed my concerns about the haphazard way the meals have been assembled for the past 2.5 years (this is not the first time I have pointed this out to her staff) and she canceled my order! I had previously told her that I was moving, and this would be my last visit. She just cut off her nose to spite her face (and she lost a $500 plus order). What a jerk! What an unpleasant, short sighted, nasty woman! Good luck running your business into the ground!

The staff is friendly and very helpful and will guide you along the way. A few months ago, I had obtained a $50 gift certificate from a local radio station to Dream Dinners at the Sebbins Brook Marketplace in Bedford. Last month, I decided to give Dream Dinners a try and booked my meals and night session online. By all means, the food here is not cheap with a 36 serving minimum required and up to 12 people per session, no young children allowed during the sessions. However, there is a competing meal assembly place that allows young children and all I can say is it's located in Manchester in a strip plaza with a very popular Mexican restaurant and a Japanese restaurant with a hilarious hostess. Be sure to bring a cooler or laundry basket to carry your meals away. I arrived here on a very chilly night and the staff let me in (doors are locked at night). I was given my assigned meal label stickers and given instructions by the staff. I had to put on an apron and wash my hands (very often between food stations). Each food station has recipe cards (3 or 6 servings) with the raw ingredients, spices & measuring cups/spoons/scoops all in place. Much of the food is prepared in Ziploc bags and/or aluminum pans. Most of the ingredients used are restaurant quality, but the meats including the chicken breasts, beef, and steaks are frozen, just average cuts of meats. When I was done putting together each dish, I put each labeled meal in the cooler, on the racks with my name. If a food station for one of my items was occupied, I had to move onto an available station for another item. There were also some stuffed shells to snack on during my short breaks. I had a great time putting together my awesome meals with very little effort and thought. It felt like I was Rachael Ray in Home Ec class. I was the only guy here and all of the others here were women, mostly wives (mid 20s to mid 40s). I finished assembling my 39 servings, in just under 2 hours. The staff gave me a cheat sheet with preparation methods/times and serving suggestions for my meals and helped me pack up my freezer-ready meals. The actual preparation of the meals at home was very simple and I just followed the instructions on the labels, whether it's prepared in the oven or by stovetop. The meals I had were very tasty including the Oven Baked Almond Chicken, Beef Pasta Bolognese, Creamy Tortellini with Bacon, Pork Paprika, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, White Chicken Lasagna, Arroz Con Pollo and New Orleans Jambalaya. The only meal that disappointed was the Grilled Steaks with Caramelized Onions since the grade of meat was not premium and I could buy a nice cut of steak at the market at a lower price. Dream Dinners did save me a lot of time, no hassle and no cleaning up the kitchen. I spent a total of $177 on 39 servings, less than $5 per serving.

We got 6 meals, 3 servings each. Meal 1: crispy French onion chicken. For someone who does not like French onion or onions it was very tasty. It was not overbearing. Simple to make but the directions were a bit confusing. Meal 2: sage crusted pork chops. Prep time was a breeze. Meal was ok. Nothing to write home about. Meal 3: baked potato chicken. Prep was easy but the pan size was too small. The chicken was tasty but potatoes were on the bland side. Meal 4: chicken yakitori over jasmine rice. Delicious. I did not prepare it so no idea how long it took. Not a big fan of the look and Asian food but and would have never ordered it out but nice meal. Extremely tasty. Meal 5: toasted pecan chicken with mashed potatoes. Potatoes were instant and not good. The directions were confusing. I am not a fan on nuts on meat and I really was not here either. It was ok but nothing great. I placed most of them on hubby's chicken. He on the other hand could not get enough of it. He loved the meal. Meal 6: chateau chicken with almond butter sauce. Exact same review as meal number 5. Meal 7: monte cristo chicken. Wonderful. Very tasty. Easy to prepare. Overall the price was about $4.50 per serving. Servings come in either 3 or 6. I would have like a better variety of food but only had a limited selection that the entire family would like.

Pick-up lines, working out, fashion (white sneakers do NOT go well with black jeans), marriage, cars, smartphones, laundry........ quite a sobering and humbling experience when you realize you're not a Sheen Goddess. For me, apparently, cooking is yet another one of my non-talents. A group of us attended Savory Green U last night to delve head-first into the secrets of non-phone-order fine dining. How to clean mushrooms, how to properly saute onions (DEFinately was doing that one wrong for 20 years..), how to zest a lemon, and use ramekins in setting up the 'mis en place'......... Admit it, I sound sexy now, no? Taught by Tracy Stamos (who may or may not be related to John Stamos), we learned about the long term and meaningful benefits of organic food, non-processed ingredients, and most importantly, efficient process in prepping and cooking. What makes SGU a bit different from other culinary classes is that Tracy takes a meaningful 'green' approach to teaching and cooking. Applying her Harvard degree in Environmental Sustainability, on top of her two education degrees, and combining it with food science and art from the Cambridge Culinary Institute, Tracy has created a niche in.... ............ "Sustainable Yum Yum". Teaching out of a brand new, commercial-grade kitchen in her home, SGU comes complete with a huge kitchen packed with Star Wars grade shiny pots, pans, weapons, and trinkets. After cooking is complete, students transfer to the extremely comfortable and classy dining room to feast on the completed food art under gorgeous chandelier lighting. Need a breather? You can sprawl out on one of the uber comfy couches in the attached living room, and bask in your newly acquired Jedi food tricks to woo your future romance. There is no intimidation factor here for first-timers, as Tracy's attentiveness immediately puts to ease any anxieties you may have. Highly recommend it! PS - she caters too!

Everyone has their face pushed up into their smart phones, iPods, lap tops and even when they're not, it seems they would rather look at their own scuffed shoes then say hi to someone. Tony invited me to cook with Tracy Stamos and friends at Savory Green. I love to cook. I cook all the time. I figured an opportunity to get out, learn a new recipe or two and see friends would be fun. There were 9 of us plus Tracy and her assistant. We were given the nights menu and tasks were divided up among us. We were given the task of creating the pork loin dish. It was an Herbed Coated Pork Tenderloin with ingredients like fresh parsley, mint, sage and dates. Yes she had an herb garden growing right on the table. Tracy's forte is sustainable cooking. Oh, and this is a state of the art kitchen. It was freaking awesome. I loved having knives that Freddy Krueger would be jealous of and two ovens as well as tons of cooking stuff...... There's something great about getting your hands right into food and making it yourself. The smells, tasting it as you begin to pull it together, cutting, marinating, mixing, basting, ... It's primal. It's also fun. BUT the thing I was getting at which made this so amazing, was the communal feeling of being with a group, working together to create something, having real interesting conversation and enjoying the fruits of our labors together. Quality time. That's what this was. Too often we go out to bars and drink ourselves stupid. We scream to be heard above the roar of crappy music and go home feeling like we might as well have skipped the whole night. This was the opposite of that. I got to enjoy delicious food. I got to enjoy good people. We ate in a beautiful living room with wine and the food WE cooked and continued our conversation and YES I was the life of the party but that isn't the point. The point is we all connected. I left full with a doggy bag wanting to hug people again. I didn't....but that's why I need to go back. We need to put down our phones and look around. We all need to experience things sometimes. Smell the sage, goat cheese and mint that's out there. Taste new things and experience things out of our comfort zones sometimes as well as hear what people have to say as we really listen to them. I loved this night. I would go back again and share this experience with others. And I will. Special Thanks to Tony and Tracy.
