Orange Leaf is always a good time. It's a nice addition to the area, especially being right across from the college and close to home for me! For those complaining about the price, I feel like "fro-yo" places are always somewhat expensive. It's the novelty of the experience that you pay for. I don't think it's supposed to be an every day stop, but that is just my humble opinion. I love all the different toppings to choose from and the storefront usually seems pretty clean and tidy to me. Love coming here. They have quite a few ice cream flavors to choose from. More toppings to choose from than other places I've been to. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Love the fact that they are now selling doughnuts. I tried a sample of the Reese Cup doughnut- So amazing!! Will be back to try more. read more

They've got a busy guy meets you at the door with three or four questions and three or four answers. He seems to be a busy, busy person that is very busy. This place would make a beautiful daycare! Lots of bright lights and bright chairs and bright people. Lots of sugar and food color. Unfortunately for me, that much bright kind of scares me. So I took my froyo outside where it was only me and the sun and the flowers. By the time I could sit down, calm down, and look down, my yo was hardly fro. I'm pretty sure it was, back at the ice cream fountain thing- maybe a bit soft on account of the mob pushing through there- but I had to drink the last $1.50. Their Original Greek or whatever it's called was pretty normal-tasting, I thought, except for the lemon flavor in it. So I'm giving them an extra star for that. But do you know what? I had to turn around and take it away because of all the bright. Now I have a good idea: you guys could name your place White Leaf and make everything white and I could give you your star back. read more

Having recently visited New York City and dined upon the pleasure of Pink Berry I thought I'd give my new hometown frozen yogurt joint a shot and compare it... Well there is no comparison. We just left after sharing a cup of something. We will not return. It is just not my kind of place. It seemed very expensive for what you get. I'd rather go buy a super expensive container of ice cream from Giant Eagle, so I knew what I was eating. I inquired about what was in the non dairy product, and I was told by an employee powder and water. Hmmm that's sounds delicious. I have been to this frozen yogurt place a few times, and every time I go it just seems to get worse...... I saw the workers dust toppings that were on the counter back into the bowls... so nasty!!! Should be health coded!!!! I also swear the Reese's flavor was rotten! I had to throw it out before I was even done eating it because it was too foul. The service there is below par and everyone there seems like they do not want to be there! Even worse about this place is the donuts! Awesome fro-yo. They have 16 different flavors so there is ALWAYS something for everyone! The staff is great. They have dairy free and gluten free options which make this a hot spot for anybody! The interior is bright and lively. I love that they threw out the scales! Talk about a game changer. The place was clean, the people friendly, and all the toppings containers were full which is better than some places I have been. BUT they no longer carry the original tart which is what I walked in the door looking for. It's kinda awkward to walk into a place like that and then not get anything so I opted for plain vanilla with a few fresh strawberries on the side. Long story short if you are looking for original tart do not come to this place otherwise they have a great selection of flavors. I will not be returning. read more

Didn't care for the associates working tonight around 7:30. They didn't greet us at all or even acknowledge us. All they did was talk to each other and watch us the whole time. Which made us feel very uncomfortable. Will not be going back. Remember, you wouldn't be getting a paycheck if you had no customers, so customer service should be your #1 priority. :) read more

Decided to give it another try. Was surprised to see that they weren't using scales anymore and just had 3 cup sizes and you pay by the cup. We got 2 medium sized cups (which aren't very big) and still paid over $9! Don't know why frozen yogurt needs to be so expensive! And wish they would have Original Tart also, seems like every frozen yogurt should have this foundational flavor. Anyway I still give it 3 stars... read more

I would love to give the place 5 stars... But the layout is less than ideal. The yogurt is AWESOME and they have like 16 favors! The staff are nice! I would happily give 5 stars if there was one less table and chairs set (it's currently crowded) and THEY NEED MUSIC PLAYING! I waited in line in silence. Love the look of the place! I am new to Orange Leaf so I wanted to taste the yogurt flavors without all the extras. My guess is many of the toppings are more weighty than the yogurt and, yes, you pay by the ounce. My interest was in the fruit flavors so I filled my cup with blackberry or blueberry (I forget) pineapple, peach, and strawberry. Do you prefer tart? Pick the purple berry and/or the pineapple. The pineapple was especially good-I could have taken a bite without looking and known clearly that I had a pineapple flavor in my mouth. The strawberry was OK but more sweet than flavorful. The peach was too mild in taste so it may be a matter of adding more of the flavoring to the yogurt mix. They also gave me a card that reflects a percentage of the purchase I made and can be eventually used to like cash when I wish to reduce the cost of what I am purchasing. Can't say I'm excited about carrying another card. Hopefully soon they'll have a phone app and scanning device here and in the 47 other places that want me to produce their card. read more

There are many flavors to pick from. It was awkward that they walk around with you when you request to try a flavor. Normally they hand you a couple of small cups to try out some flavors. My kids tried one flavor and liked it right away. Their cheesecake flavor was really good. My kids really enjoyed the peanut butter flavor and the reeses flavor. The toppings were fresh and there was a variety. The price was a little high for yogurt. The seating is a bit odd. There was a couch right up against our table. Luckily no one sat there but if someone had sat there we would not have been comfortable. Overall good place and it's clean!! read more

The place is decent and good for desert and owned by the college so it gives it a certain feel, but they couldn't have given us a menchies or a bigger frozen yogurt place? It is still good though and I like it but I would rather have a menchies so 4 star. read more

It was great and we can't wait to go back! We went a few days after they opened. The line was long, but moved quickly. We were greeted and asked if we'd like to sample any flavors. I tried cheesecake, and my husband tried salted caramel. They were both delicious and it was hard to decide, but I went with salted caramel. By that time, we were at the front of the line. The toppings all looked great, and I think the price was more reasonable than other yogurt places .Everyone was very friendly, the store had a very fun look, and I can't wait to go back! read more
