I had mice coming in from the improper insulation of the stove, cabinets, and kitchen sink. They only send maintenance over once a month so I had to wait until they were able to send someone out. When they did send someone they only put down traps and did not address the holes where the mice were coming in from. The heating/cooling elements were pretty but were junk and weren't effective often. The people in their office were slow to reply to any kind of issue and were often dismissive. Upon moving out I was given pictures of random things to justify why they weren't returning my full deposit and was given the run around for 2 months. They failed to itemize what repairs had to be made to justify taking $150 out of my deposit. I received my apartment with a dirty washing machine, stove, and cabinets, and have video of the mice running through my living room. I had numerous issues with this place which is why I only stayed one year. People should avoid this company at all cost!

Little did I know when renting said apartment, that the property had already been walked away from and was soon to be pursued by the bank. Landlord, also dba as Olympia, ignored most of my complaints. What complaints he did heed were quickly blamed upon me, such as the rotted plumbing that was backing up onto the bathroom floor due to it being fed into the backyard and not into the town's plumbing. As well, handshake agreement during lease signing to remove past tenants trash from side of house was ignored. Two months ago, after much pursuit by a trustee of the bank, an agent from the bank came to change the locks on the house; only to be thwarted by the police. Trying to leave the apartment now two months behind in rent and landlord is shamelessly, after grossly profiting from the rent, trying to recoup those two months rent. I'd assume that any business deal with this company is going to be risky, as proper facilities seem to not exist.

5/22/25 - It's raining today. Five years ago just before…read moreCovid I moved from one town up here to another. I had Triangle Movers to the job. They were excellent. Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.
