In that time, I've gone from showing up with just a lawnmower to running a full-scale tree service company--and Jan has supported me every step of the way. She believed in me early on, and her trust and encouragement played a huge part in the growth of my business. I was recently disheartened to read a review that clearly came from someone who doesn't truly know Jan. Let me be clear: you will not find a more caring, supportive, and protective person--whether you're a vendor, a tenant, or a property owner. Jan goes above and beyond for the people she works with, always advocating for what's right and doing everything with integrity. If you're looking for someone to manage your property with genuine care and professionalism, I cannot recommend Jan Maria and JMJ Connecticut Property Management highly enough. She treats every property like it's her own and every person like they matter--and that makes all the difference.
