I got to a point where I gave up depending on him to do the job efficiently in a timely manner so I had to do things on my own. He really seemed to have a lack of knowledge that was needed to sell my home as far as I was concerned. Two contract dates expired during this time without any explanation to me as the homeowner as to what the next steps would be. Weeks would pass without any communication. Basically I sold my home. He does promote himself as being the best in the business which I unfortunately found to be untrue. He will in many ways tell you how "awesome" his abilities are and I find that an odd occurrence. She also claimed the house as her residence so she could send her daughter to Wallkill School District, and not Newburgh. Turns out she had no authority to rent the property in the first place. Called Hudson Valley Home Connections and they said that it was not their problem and that she was fired from her last job. She knew her worker committed multiple counts of fraud and saw it as "not her problem". When I left an initial review they called the Town of Newburgh Police to have it taken down. Needless to say, stay away!
