First of all...The Truss Group is absolutely the BEST team! Do your research, and you will find that Trevor and his Team are, without a doubt, the team to hire to SELL your home! Yes, I capitalized "SELL" because they will make it happen! Ask around, and you will find that The Truss Group SELLS more homes than anyone! I highly recommend Trevor and The Truss Group. They have a finely tuned process and are excellent!! Here are a few details/moments: 1. We initially tried selling FSBO for a few months with little action. However, as soon as we hired Truss, things started shaking-and-moving. Trevor is extremely hard-working, talented, and most importantly, he is experienced. He is also a great communicator (you can always reach him). 2. Trevor immediately took amazing photographs of our home. This is really important! He didn't take the usual photos one would see of a home; they were really cool. He took pictures from really beautiful perspectives; he moved pictures/furnishings to enhance the images and captured great lighting. The ad he created for our home was superior and eye-catching. I believe an excellent ad with great pics is so important to promote your home online, and Trevor's work was truly fantastic. 3. Trevor immediately had a nice flood of showings:) He had a solid bunch of buyers and was constantly showing the place. 4. He knows the market and also the Hudson Valley area, so he could promote all the great things about this area, details about our historic home, and share details about the location of our home when showing it and answering questions from potential buyers. 5. Once under contract, we had a few very minor complications (a company we hired to sell some items as part of the estate accidentally took a few things from the home that they shouldn't have), and Trevor resolved this immediately by communicating with us and also the buyer, giving us all peace of mind; he knew how to immediately resolve it. 6. Trevor also had really good advice on another home we needed to sell, in a different region of the state (these were estate homes). His advice was very helpful! I emailed Truss cold without knowing anyone there to see a small house I had seen on line in Hudson. Trevor Moran called me back and that began a great relationship and I got the house I wanted! Trevor was super responsive extraordinarily thoughtful and always kind in working with him. He had to be because a problem with the lot lines we discovered from a new survey meant we needed to be patient and thoughtful as the boundary line between existing neighbors needed to be worked out before I could buy the house. Trevor's instincts and thinking were always right on as we had to negotiate with the seller, his agent and his attorney. This was such a tiny transaction - as small as houses get in central Hudson - so very little remuneration to Truss - especially for all the extra time devoted as we worked through the survey issues - but Trevor treated me as a friend and as if this was the most important deal of the year.
