Stay away from this place, I've never been double talked to death as much as I had with them!

Not only did she manage to sell our home for more than my next door neighbor, but was able to negotiate with the buyers for LESS credit at closing the table, all while the buyers kept pushing for way more unreasonably. She helped with clean out resources, and other networks. Whenever we needed anything in the process, she was there to help and that was by far an outstanding unique quality of hers compared to others that prolong or put a dead end to real estate goals in todays horrible market. She was easy to work with, a professional in her field, adaptive, and an effective communicator. We totally recommend Gloria Luciano for any real estate needs, buy, sell, or rent. We wanted to share the terrible experience we had with Helen Schweitzer Realty LLC. Our intent is…read moreto help other consumers avoid the stress and anxiety dealing with the owner of this company has caused our family. In good faith we signed a 6 month contract with Mrs. Schweitzer in the hopes that she would help us sell our home for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. During this time period Mrs. Schweitzer was extremely condescending and rude to us as clients and was putting unnecessary pressure on us to sell for well below market value. Also, during this time, one of our neighbors was reported to the local town authorities for building violations that he claims happened as soon as the 'for sale' sign went up on our property, said neighbor had to tear down two structures on his property which cost him thousands of dollars...interesting coincidence since we have been living here for 9 years and never had any issues with the structures on his property and would have never reported that to anyone. We mind our own business. This experience has left us in a much stressed state as we feel emotionally abused by this realtor. I don't recommend anyone use this company for their real estate needs. Thank you.
