I'm a disabled retired first responder, whom has never felt so violated, disrespected and…read more disregarded by a vendor whose services I had contracted. A real estate agent and a broker from Howard Hanna Rand, came to my residence this morning, as I have been shopping for a real estate company to represent me on the sale of my residence. This was the first meeting where we were only discussing informational options on the types of services they could provide me. On arrival my ex wife told my parents, "You can leave." I was not comfortable with this and voiced my disagreement. My ex wife who is selling the house with me, teamed up with the real estate agent who proceeded to threaten to have my parents arrested for criminal trespass in my own house, since they come over and help me with my disability and so I felt comfortable with my ex wife in the house. As a disabled person, my parents are critical to my safety and daily help. To my dismay, the real estate agent insisted that my ex should call the police, to have my parents arrested and thrown out of my house. When the police arrived they informed the real estate agent and my ex, that they were unable to "throw out" my parents. They also convinced me to give them access to my children's room, but protected my lawful privacy and advised that it would be unlawful for the real estate agent and ex wife to gain access to any doors that were locked. The real estate then went through my house, taking pictures of each room and allowing my ex wife to record on her camera. I was told that they would be back to take professional pictures of the property. The real estate agent wanted access to my locked bedroom. Again I disagreed and voiced my opinion on the matter, and was ask by the agent, "What are you hiding in there? I'm here, I want to go in." Which I asked why if they were taking professional pictures did they need to go in now I could take pictures and send it to them. Instead of listening to my objection they unlocked my bedroom door and began taking pictures of my uniform and rummaged through my personal property. I would never recommend anyone to take on business with an organization that employs heartless, cold, unprofessional, disrespectful, deceitful, delusional and deeply psychologically disturbed people as was the real estate agent who visited my house this morning. Howard Hanna Rand, this man is a liability who will ruin your company and reputation for years to come. I would be happy to discuss with a representative if they reach out to me and ensure me that this gross mistreatment will be dealt with accordingly.

My point here is this piece of crap shouldn't be doing this for a living. And for a man to say the thing he said to my wife as a professional is this is acceptable it's poor business on the behalf of Keller Williams to employ this piece of crap. To give…read moreyou the story in short I was a buyer and got a purchase agreement signed after a few days I had insisted about giving a binder but she wouldn't take one. After a few days the broker tells me the seller wants to go with someone else. I said no problem... I figured it wasn't meant to be, after about 2-3 weeks she calls me that the seller wants to go with me. She still didn't want to take a binder and I was told by her and the sellers lawyer that we are the only buyers. I got an inspector was with him for 3 hrs going over the house, signed the contract, gave a deposit to his lawyer but the check never got deposited..... The broker didn't pick up the phone on me for a week or so until I called her at the office and she had no choice but to pick up. Once I got her on the line she told me the seller can't decide to whom he should sell it. I was SHOCKED as far as I knew I was the only buyer. Basically she blamed everything on the seller. The reason I'm so upset with her is that she wasn't honest that there is anyother buyer if I would know I would never go thru the hassle of an inspector, getting a mortgage (Yes I was approved already for the mortgage), and everything else. I was totally over it after the purchase agreement wasn't considered worth anything..... I would NEVER use her or anyone from Keller Williams since they aren't honest and when you buy a house the only thing you need is a HONEST Realtor.

I have now closed on that property and I am very thankful to Claude for all of his help during the process. He recommended very experienced photographers who did an amazing job. We also had a virtual reality tour that basically puts you inside the home right from your computer.
