The heating/cooling elements were pretty but were junk and weren't effective often. The people in their office were slow to reply to any kind of issue and were often dismissive. Upon moving out I was given pictures of random things to justify why they weren't returning my full deposit and was given the run around for 2 months. They failed to itemize what repairs had to be made to justify taking $150 out of my deposit. I received my apartment with a dirty washing machine, stove, and cabinets, and have video of the mice running through my living room. I had numerous issues with this place which is why I only stayed one year. People should avoid this company at all cost!
