Not even a one star for me. I have been trying to get a flooding issue corrected since last year, living with a tarp against my foundation. I now have an issue with my gate latch not connecting to open or close. Have sent 3 emails in the last 3 days with no acknowledgment. And the best is yet. After notifying us that the coupon booklets for 2026 would be arriving late and there would be no late fees for January or February I get 2 letters yesterday, one with a $25 late fee and the other with a $10 collection fee. I made a double payment January 28th for January and February. No late fees for January or February??? SHAME ON YOU Associa for causing stress and anxiety to senior citizens. I send my payments in early every month and this is how I get treated!!!! read more

Phone calls not returned. Neglectful of property. Unqualified to manage properties.

These folks are probably some of the worst community managers in the market. They are unresponsive to community residents who they are supposed to help and serve! If anyone here has decision making ability about hiring a community manager, be responsible and find another firm. read more

No stars! These people have no business managing other people's property. They don't know the first thing about treating people and their communities with care and respect. Don't even consider hiring them, you will then just have to figure out how to get rid of them. They have no interest in resolving any issues. They are as inefficient as their phony canned responses to all of these negative reviews. read more

Worse property management company in the Hudson Valley. Extremely poor customer service, incompetent staffing, and complete lack of project follow through. Our community has been neglected for over 2 years. Multiple residents in the Bridgeview Community have posted questions, comments, and requests for assistance on Associa's town square platform only to be ignored. There are weekly complaints posted without any corrective actions by the company. The company does not collect dues timely and then charges residents late fees. Deposits made for community center rentals are not released within a timely manner. The company refuses to complete basic property management duties resulting in an ongoing decline in property values. Associa Fishkill does not represent the brand and is a blemish on the Corona family legacy. read more

Our ASSOCIA representative, Nanci Patrick, is a committed and dedicated professional who is personable, accommodating, concerned, effective and sociable! She possesses all of those positive attributes that one looks for in a property manager. She interacts with the Ramapo Cirque community as if we were her only client! She attends to all of the details and responsibilities associated with her job in a most comprehensive and thorough manner. Very frustrating trying to cooperate with the community when we get ignored for months on end. They're fast fast to shove fines in your face, but the second you ask for a little bit of assistance to better understand the situation they're very happy to dismiss you and let you fend for yourself. It is impossible to be on the same page when they change their rules every 3 weeks and God forbid you have a question. That question will never get answered.... It's sad when legal action has to threatened to get them to stop harassing you. Fine after fine over a wreath on the door when there is a giant raccoon problem in the dumpsters and trash thrown all over phase 2. Nobody cleans up after their dog. They allow political signs to be hung on door steps but I'm not allowed to hang a holiday wreath for the season... totally makes sense. If I knew how vile this community and the neighbors were, I would've run far far away when I had the chance. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the service that our community, The Van Wyck Mews, receives from Associa Management Company. Our community is being neglected. Promises have not been upheld, but fees keep going up. We now pay $334 per month. When I phone the office, Miranda never responses back and never handles the issues. We have overgrown weeds, grass that is not properly cut, no seed planted for new grass or flowers, property has NEVER been power washed, a promised speed bump has not been installed, hallways were suppose to be painted, dead trees and bushes not removed, and overgrown bushes are not maintained by trimming and pruning. Additionally, we were informed that the pool needed repairs which would required each household to pay $300. So again, HOA fees went up, but pool was never fixed. We were told indirectly that the deadline was missed. If Associa is suppose to handle the day-to-day management of the property, shouldn't they be present on the property at some point each week? Many homeowners have voiced their concerns to Associa about the landscaping company last year, but they still renewed the contract with the same company. This just proves that the community's concerns are completely ignored. Furthermore, Associa only remotely manages their communities all the while continually making false promises, but raising HOA fees. Maybe Associa needs to hire a management company to train their employees of ways to actually manage a community. Furthermore, I recently left a review on Google Maps, which I find it very interesting that I am able to receive a quick response to my review. However when I phone the office that they indicated in their extremely long response, I get sent to voicemail and never receive a call back. Additionally, the one time I actually was able to speak to Miranda I was informed that she has many communities and my was not the only one; basically implying that my concerns are not that important. They indicated that my concerns are being addressed about the landscaping, which is the furthest thing from the truth. I have weeds at least 12 inches high outside my unit. The gentlemen that laid down the mulch did so right on top of the weeds. Whenever the lawn is cut, all the weeds remain and the grass is still too high as well as the perimeter. Additionally, we have 3 bushes that are reaching the 2nd floor window. We were told that the hallways after 8 years were going to be painted, and only the molding was actually painted. Does that even make sense? As for the pool, clearly their response indicates poor planning on the management company. They should have been aware of this long process, or is this the first pool they are repairing, if not then they should have planned properly for that timeframe. Instead again they so kindly demonstrate the lack of experience Associa possesses. All these problems, if they were actually addressed would not continue to be an issue. But again, Associa, pretending to take care of the issue and not really handling anything. read more
