I would give this place less than 0 stars if I could. I lived in a renovated apt in Newburgh and it…read morewas a nightmare from start to finish. I had mice coming in from the improper insulation of the stove, cabinets, and kitchen sink. They only send maintenance over once a month so I had to wait until they were able to send someone out. When they did send someone they only put down traps and did not address the holes where the mice were coming in from. The heating/cooling elements were pretty but were junk and weren't effective often. The people in their office were slow to reply to any kind of issue and were often dismissive. Upon moving out I was given pictures of random things to justify why they weren't returning my full deposit and was given the run around for 2 months. They failed to itemize what repairs had to be made to justify taking $150 out of my deposit. I received my apartment with a dirty washing machine, stove, and cabinets, and have video of the mice running through my living room. I had numerous issues with this place which is why I only stayed one year. People should avoid this company at all cost!

Horrible business, I do not recommend because they just want your money and they want to gentrify this city.

This is the most incompetent property management ever! They are unprofessional uncaring and are…read moreperfect example of where not to waste your money! Over priced run down buildings from the apartments to the condos. As if the rodent control and black mold isn't enough to worry about. The five year waiting list for a roof with seven leaks that every time it rains or snows you place buckets pots and pans to get through the day because no one answers phone calls or returns emergency calls. The noisy buildings and section 8 housing all hours of day night and nothing done. RENTERS BEWARE GO TO THE NEXT RENTAL PROPERTY DO NOT RENT HERE OR BUY!!!

To make matters worse, phone calls and messages go left unanswered, sometimes for weeks at a time, and attempts to visit the office are often futile, as it is frequently locked. Upon one of these attempts, I was informed that "they have no set office hours" despite a sign in front of the office, and a recording on their voicemail, which both state the office hours are "Monday-Friday 9am-5pm". It remains to be seen if we will eventually receive our deposit, but given all of these circumstances, I have begun to doubt it. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this horrible place and find somewhere else to live
