Much better bedside manner, much better aesthetic and vibe, and all the staff seem to actually enjoy babies and children. We love the little touches like growth stickers, stickers given post vaccines, just right temperatures for stripping down babies for measuring etc., children's art, and tiny play area with books and toys. We've received quick responses from nurses when using the message portal, and call backs when we've had more urgent questions. Scheduling has never been a problem, I don't have to schedule out our whole year in advance, they've got great scheduling management. I appreciate how they prioritize science and research when making recommendations for our kiddos. They are not shy about their pro-vaccine stance, which is so nice these days! I love that, if you need to, you can always talk to a doctor. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We do have to wait sometimes for our appointment time, but this is understandable because the doctors take time to listen and talk with patients when they need to do so. I also appreciate that they are careful with procedures; for example, we were told to wait for ear tubes (and our son grew out of ear infections). They also seem to be careful not to over-medicate kids. I highly recommend this practice.

Despite clearly communicating my needs, staff refused to accommodate basic communication through writing and instead insisted on documentation that should not have been necessary. The situation was handled in a way that felt dismissive, discriminatory, and deeply disrespectful. Being treated this way--especially in front of a full waiting room--was embarrassing and unacceptable. My ability to hear has no bearing on my ability to care for my child, and it should never be used as a reason to question my role as a parent. We will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward. I cannot support or recommend a practice that treats patients and parents in this manner.

The Urologist requires an ultrasound and xray prior to an appointment. The NP and Pediatrician should have been aware of this and also provided the required referrals. Over a week later, all promises but no referrals for the ultrasound have not materialized. They blame it on their fax machine. I don't know whether the issue is with the Dr., the NP, or the office staff but blaming an outdated machine is comically unprofessional.

The office staff was very sensitive to the situation and helped us work thru the paperwork necessary to have the children seen by Dr. Bianchi. It had been years since we were in a pediatricians office. They have a well area and a separate sick area for patients. Our grandchildren, the youngest, has been to the office much more than our grandson due to her need to catch up on vaccinations. She knows now when we pull up in the car to the office, exactly where we are. Even though she has received numerous shots, she isn't afraid at all, just anxious to go in and play in the well area. The patient rooms are decorated appropriately so it is easy to distract the kids by pointing out the creatures on the walls. Dr. Bianchi and his nurse are very friendly and take whatever time is needed during our visits to answer any questions we may have. They also interact with the kids trying to ensure they are comfortable with what is going on. We have been impressed with Dr. Bianchi's insight into our unique situation with being grandparents raising our grandchildren and his keen insight into our specific grandchildren's needs due to their past situation. Instead of giving out lollipops after the visit, they let the kids pick out stickers. The kids like this and so do we. We feel fortunate to have found the perfect pediatrician for our grandchildren.
