I have been coming to them for many years. On Monday I dropped off my dog and they told me that they close at 4pm. I called 30 min to 4 and told them that I would be running a few minutes late. They said ok. At 4:06 the guy calls me and starts complaining that I need to get my dog. Umm that's why I called and said I was stuck in traffic and I would be a few minutes late. They have to expect that this happens sometimes. Not ok to guilt trip people and completely ignore ppl. Nothing I can do!!!!! Tell ppl u close at 3:30 on Monday if u want them to be there by 4 with this new Miami traffic. They just lost my business of at least 12 years. Omg! I just ran out of the place scared for my life. I started to explain to the guy why I was not happy with the way I was talked to on the phone. Instead of letting me finish my sentence, the guy interrupts me rudely so I say please let me speak very annoyed at this point. The next thing that I know this guy jumps over the counter and tells me "shut up you fucking bitch! I'm talking!" He says this as he lifts his hand to hit me. I step back and say you touch me and you will go to jail! He should go to jail just for threatening and yelling at me. I didn't even have a chance to pay because he kicked me out and told me to never return again. I hope they lose business forever! He's worse than an animal!!!!!! Oh and here is what they did to my dog. I hope it wasn't too painful for him. Just the fact that my 16 year old dog had to hear this abuse shows how much he doesn't care for the animals let alone people..
First time brining Lola to Orange Grooming, I must say they exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning when I called to set up the appointment, Victor was very friendly and explained their process which I thought was exactly what I was looking for. When I brought Lola he received us very welcoming and took the time to learn important info about her and what we wanted to have done. Their treatment is very professional, they're real masters and Lola was happy on the field. They don't keep dogs in crates, they're free and that is definitely a plus. Will Absolutely keep coming and brining Lola to Orange Grooming. :) 5 stars!!!
My dog always leaves here with pain in her private areas. This time I have to keep a pamper and cream on her to ease the pain. I am not sure if they rush and cut her or what but everything she gets groomed at this location she is very uncomfortable and is limping. She can barely walk outside without stopping to lick herself and can't use the rest room comfortably. I would rather them tell me they can service her instead of her being in pain. Her cut was also extremely patchy
Wow ! Excellent customer service! Affordable prices called early around 9am , Came at 11am , she was ready by 2pm, they can spend the whole day there while you run your errands, they are very sweet to the pets they let them play , not in a cage , it felt very nice, very professional team . I interacted with 3 people , all very friendly, the place has a small parking lot with a couple spaces available. She came back super clean , smelling good, they did a full service nails , ears , teeth , everything to perfection. I'm very happy I highly recommend them , and definitely will be coming back . Muy buen servicio ! Todo a la perfeccion, me atendieron muy bien y rapido , son muy profecionales . Atentos al detalle y con buenos precios .
Great service and even better prices. We came here for dog grooming since they were close by and we didn't have too much time. Full grooming $50.00 but be sure to check in and get 20% off 1 dog. We brought both Poms and only got $10 off the $50. The personnel looked like they really did enjoy their work. They can also provide teeth cleaning without putting your dog to sleep which could potentially save you a ton of money. We were quoted around $160 for 1 dog and the whole process would take around 1.5 hours. Personally I don't know how the dogs would do since this would be extremely painful for them but we were assured this to me the case. We were shown before and after photos of different dogs and it looked incredible.
TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! Last week I called maybe 5 different groomers and all were booked and not talking walk ins. I called Orange Grooming and they were taking walk-ins! When we arrived the place was very clean! That's one of the things I look for when going to groomers. They groom all of their pets in the front and have very large windows so when you're walking by you can see all the dogs in the front windows. It took maybe an hour for my pup to get groomed. I also noticed that they do a great job on the big fur babies as well. When I got my pup back I paid $40 for a wash and nail trim. She was so cute even had a little tulle flower that matched her harness and she smelled so good my whole family kept commenting on it the entire weekend. Bring your fur babies here you won't be disappointed!
I'm from Tampa and I was visiting family in Miami and my puppy needed a haircut, desperately. He was matted pretty bad all over his face ears and neck and I asked them to cut as low as they needed to. They did a great job, his hair is growing back so nicely! I think the price was reasonable for what they did and how my puppy came in looking.
Horrible!!!! After moving closer to this groomer and after much consideration I decided to give this place a chance. I ended up giving them two chances and both times terrible. The first time, I had to bring my dog back the next day because of the poor grooming. My dog's ear was uneven, paws looked undone and some other parts was also uneven. I went back and showed one of the workers and he fixed him but not very happy. Even though I had already decided not to go back I did. I knew it was a mistake since the moment I went back. My dog refuses to go in. He's never done that. Never at a groomer or even at the vet. This time I went in with a friend's dog who normally gets baths there. I spoke to the very same guy from fixed him the 1st time. I asked him please make sure he's face is nice and trim. I was expecting impeccable service to make up for the last time... boy was I wrong!! When I picked them up. My dog's face was untouched. I asked him and he said he was giving him a hard time with his face so Shihtzu 1 - Groomer 0?? It was so bad I had to fix him and I did a very poor job but my dog looked much better than the "professionals at orange grooming" Not only that but my dog kept licking his stomach which I found odd. I looked and he had marks like he had been burned. I asked the guy and he had the audacity to blame it on the breed saying that's a shitzu thing. That pissed me off because I know my dog and I know that's a burn no apologies were given just lame excuses. I got out of there knowing I am never going back there but again, I was wrong. As I'm walking out I noticed my friend's dog is also hurt and bleeding from one of her legs. I went back there and said, What about this? Is this also a breed thing???? He sees it and cleans it up right away. I wanted to show him right away and did not take pictures. He blamed that on the cage. The other dog didn't get groomed just a bath so maybe it's true that it was the cage. This only proves how unsafe they are. Luckily I took pictures of my dog's burn. Beware people. I'm sure some people had good experiences but I will never bring my dog here again. Terrible groomers, terrible customer service!!! I'm going back to BARKS AND TALES where I should've never left!!!!
I did not schedule an appointment. Did a walk in and they took care of Theo RIGHT AWAY. They did a wonderful job w/ my baby Theo. I attached some after pictures and one before his grooming. Wish I got the name of the groomer who worked on Theo for next time. Theo had very long hair that covered his eyes and tangled no matter how much I brushed him. The knots Were pulling on his skin causing him to bite and scratch his skin and since that hair cut he is much more comfortable. The groomer took one look at him and recognized instantly what was causing him discomfort and scratching. He really knew what he was doing Thank you so much he is cuter than ever. Only thing I would change is his nails were still sharp. Thought it was included in the $60 package but could be wrong

I read all the reviews before going and asked around. They are so caring for your fur baby. My schnauzer left relaxed like she spent the day at the spa. It was about 1.5hrs. The haircut was traditional schnauzer but more trim on the face since I really want her to see better! She looks so cute, they did such a good job. read more

This place was great. Took my pup for a nail cut and amazing teeth cleaning. I have been wanting to get his teeth cleaned but all vets charge waaayy too much and consider it a "deep cleaning" which uses anesthetics which they also charge for. Orange Grooming did it it in 45 min for a very good price. You can see the before and after in fotos. Highly recommend OG. Also they put a really cute bandana and he smelled yummy for days. read more

Brought my cavalier to Orange Grooming and she turned out beautiful! My boyfriend tried to groom her face and made it look weird, but they salvaged it and she looks perfect. Highly recommend bringing your dog here, just make sure to go early or they'll be fully booked for the day! read more

So I was looking for a place to groom my doggie, Candie. I had taken her to two other places before but the last place left her all shave and with no hair. The other place unless I was shaving her they were charging me $65 every time. Since I am frugal, I started looking for another place and I came accords this groomer. I emailed them to ask for pricing and in a matter of minutes they got back to me! I made my Appt and took Candie and the two guys working were great! They were baby talking to the pets they were grooming, needless to say one was a cat and the groomer had a lot of balls since cats can be scary! I told them that I wanted her to look cute but not shaved and less fat (she still fat, but looks gorgeous). Well needless to say that the pricing is fair and that they did an amazing job, I found Candies groomers moving forward. read more

After I noticed my neighbor's shih tzus looked better than mine, I had to ask where they get groomed. They referred me to Orange Grooming and off I went. I'd called earlier this week for an appointment, but was told it's first come first served. I dropped my dog off this morning and was told she'd be ready in about 3 hours. Sure enough, I picked her up 3 hours later and she looked adorable. I asked the groomer to cut her ears a little shorter, and he happily obliged. I'll definitely be back! read more

Absolutely LOVE this place. Excellent service from the first phone call, to the way I was treated at drop off and pick up. Most importantly my pup's haircut was perfect. This was Luna's first professional grooming at 11 months... naturally, I was a bit nervous. Karen took my info, listened and noted what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. The groomers also seemed very professional. There were a couple other pups being groomed when I arrived for pick-up and both of them looked beautiful as well. Couldn't be happier. Drove down from Ft. Lauderdale because they had the best reviews from anywhere else that I had seen on yelp & google. It was our first time at the groomers & was really nervous about it since I'm very protective of my fur babies. When I picked them up I was more than pleased to see everything went well. I take my dog here a few times a month. They do an excellent job and the staff is super friendly. I would highly reccomend checking out the unlimited grooming package, it's a great deal. My dog always comes back happy and clean. They even keep her special shampoo at the store for her since she has bad allergies. We drop her off in the morning and she's usually ready around noon. Definitely among the best groomers in Miami. I highly recommend you check them out. read more

Me and my hubby been looking for a great groomer for our 2yr old Bamboo, we called and have been to a few places which were very unprofessional, rude and cold when we done some enquiries. We are forever thankful for coming across Orange Grooming. My hubby called and they had no problem helping us hassle free. I received a call from the owner to confirm the cut for our puppy which meant a lot, a great sign of excellent service. What an awesome place! I took my cat for the first time there today (which most of the grooming places take only dogs) and it was such a great experience, just in general. They have a day care so you will be surrounded by sweetest dogs and owner's 2 cats (yes, walking around playing with dogs, gorgeous tea cup Persians) while you there, you won't want to leave, it's such a good atmosphere there. I also love that they have their tables and sinks right where you can see them, most of places have them somewhere in the back that you have no idea in what condition it all is, if it's clean at all.. No, here you see where they actually work, clean and nice and you can tell animals are so calm there. Loved it and definitely coming back! read more

I LOVE Orange Grooming! First of all the staff is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Even when you call to ask a question or make an appointment they excel in customer service. I have been taking my 1 year old Pekingese, Penelope, there for about six months now and she always comes home looking beautiful and smelling delicious; they know what they are doing. I've also tried the boarding and they took good care of her. She always gets nervous around strangers but having all of her toys and bed helped her get used to the place. Even though she still gets stressed when grooming day comes, she seems to behave really well with the staff at OG and I know she will be safe. Nothing here to complain about, they are just excellent and I will keep coming back. :) read more

My baby Chloe always looks amazing when I pick her up from here, it's a complete transformation! Orange grooming is the only place I bring her to. I could see that Chloe is treated well there because she stays still and isn't panicking when I pick her up. I have also watched them groom and they are very gentle and patient with all the pups. I've been looking for a good grooming spot to take my dog Lemon (a Chow Chow) for months. She sheds a lot because of her thick coat and has a very particular personality, so it hasn't been easy to find the right place. After months of looking, we stumbled upon Orange Grooming on Yelp and saw all the raving reviews. After a few bad experiences at other places, we were kind of skeptical but willing to try.. We took Lemon today and they did an amazing job! The owner Joe was so friendly and so caring that he knew just how to handle her. It took Lemon a few minutes to adjust and get to know everyone, so I was there for the beginning of the haircut. Not even halfway through and she was so calm and happy, so I felt comfortable leaving and when I came back to pick her up she was in a great mood and so happy. Great service, very friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. Not only do they do an amazing grooming job, but they actually care about your dog too! read more
