This company is horrible. They rented jet skis to us with expired registration. We got to the lake and got pulled over for the registration being expired. We had to pay $250 ticket for the registration. When we told OC Jet Ski Rentals about the expired registration and ticket, they stopped answering all calls and emails. We have filed a law suit in small claims against them because they will not return the rental fees or pay the ticket. Terrible company. Do not rent from them. read more

I had not rented jet skis before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checked around and these guys had pretty good reviews and availability for four jet skis. I was initially concerned that their prices were too low vs the competition and that the service/jet skis wouldn't be that hot. Upon arrival, everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a really great experience with OC Jet Ski Rentals! My husband Riad loves jet skis and living in LA, there aren't actually a lot of jet ski experiences where we can switch riders mid day, which was important to us considering we had a group of 10 cousins. Jessica and Justin are patient, answer any questions with consideration and knowledge, and make it feel like your borrowing your friends jet skis. They had all the tools we needed- life vests, truck attachments, a double trailer. All we had to do was show up. They gave us our best options on where to take jet skis, which ended up being Davies Launch in Long Beach, which worked out great, because i was able to drive our second car down a mile to Granada Beach (by the dog beach) to meet up with tha jet skis right on the beach. We wished that the lifeguard would let us "park" the jet skis a little past his tower and not in line with it so we didn't have to go too close to the dogs and children playing, but it ended up being fine. Overall, a really fun day and great experience. We'll do it again soon. read more

OC Jet Ski Rental is a must if you are staying or live in the Newport area. All the Ski's are top notch! We took them in the ocean for the day. We launched them in the Newport Back-bay and headed south to the Dana Point Harbor. Driving through the harbor was amazing itself. So many awesome homes/boats, especially in Newport. We saw a pod of 100+ dolphins and a ton of seals. Orange County Jet Ski's is by far the cheapest rental shop in the area and has the nicest sea-doos. There pricing for a whole day is the same pricing other rental places charge for just 1 hour. They even offer assistants with launching the skis if needed. Thank you for the smooth rental. Your company flexibility in allowing early pickup and next day drop off is a life saver. I live in Garden Grove and it take me at least 45 minutes to get to your business. From there it took us 2+ hours to get to where we wanted to use the Jet Ski. For my 1 full day rental, if I was to pick up the Jet Ski in the morning and drop it off before 7PM, taking into account all the driving, we would have roughly 3 hours top to enjoy the Jet Ski. However, since your company allow me to pick up the Jet Ski before our rental date and drop off the morning after our rental date we were able to rode on the Jet Ski for 7+ Hours. Orange County Jet Ski rentals rented us a really nice and newer Sea-Doo for 3 days at the river, and for a great price. We also had another ski we already had with us on a single trailer, so they rented us a double trailer for both skis and parked our single trailer on their lot for the duration of our trip at no charge so that we didn't have to tow 2 separate trailers. When we returned the ski, we were running almost an hour late past closing. The owner, Justin, stayed for us PAST CLOSING so we could return it! Not only did he move all his trailers and boats around after hours to retrieve our single trailer, he also hooked/unhooked all the skis and trailers for us with ease. He even stayed to chat with us for a while. They are a great family owned business with competitive prices, quality products, and actually care about their customers. 100% recommend! read more

SUPER SICK! Amazing deal compared to paying hourly for a jet ski already in water. Super easy to tow. Got a uhaul down the street for 60$ all day. I accidentally hit the box on the trailer and they worked with me to give a fair price for what damage was done. Awesome customer service all the way around. From start to finish the whole experience was great. Jessica and her husband are super friendly and professional. When I made the reservation I requested 2 Seado's with one of them being a 3-seater. unfortunately all 3-seaters were rented out. Jessica gave suggestions of local areas where to launch and set up for the day. I choose to launch at Davie's launch ramp, 6204 Marina Dr Long Beach. We made camp at Mother's beach, 5839 East Appian Way Long Beach. Mother's beach was a great place to set up camp. Davie's launch ramp is directly across Mother's beach I say roughly 75 yards away :) When we arrived to pick up the Seado's Jessica was waiting in the office and the jet ski's were on the double trailer ready to go. While filing out paperwork, I mentioned to Jessica "by chance maybe a 3-seater came in ? Jessica replied let me see, after a few minutes jessica asked me "You owned jet ski's before correct ? I replied yes we were knowledgeable how to use Jet skis we use to own them when my sons were younger :) She replied I have one 3-seater that belongs to my husband let me call him. After a few minutes, with a smile Jessica replies we are good to go, we have a 3-seater my husband will swap out the 2 seater, do you mind waiting a few minutes, I reply not at all. Jessica completes the paper work and when we go outside her husband is swapping out the 2-seater with the 3-seater. Her husband explains that the 3-seater is usually not rented because it's his personal craft and I think he uses it to race. I thanked him for his trust in us and would be extra careful with it. Her husband hooked up the trailer to the truck and we were off. Had a great time on the water, the Seado's ran great no issues at all.
