Disrespectful, desperate individual named "Jennifer" from the "marketing" team texted me on my phone when I clearly told them not to solicit me for any reason when I had my vehicle serviced there a year ago. Disrespectful, rude without any respect for customer's wishes. This is a dealership that will hound you and contact you via any means just to get a sale. Texting me "Can I text to chat with you about service even if you haven't driven any miles?". No you cannot. On top of that, they are EXTREMELY disrespectful when you request to be taken off the list as if its an inconvenience to them. They refuse to do it and give you a nasty tone on the phone. I spoke with Eric in service and not only did he not apologize and refuse to take responsibility but actually hung up on me. When I met him in January, I CLEARLY told him to take me off ANY lists for marketing purposes, and yet here they are HARASSING me in Dec. I will NEVER buy another INFINITI again as long as I live. This terrible customer service treatment and harassment has turned me off the brand permanently. They are constantly mailing junk to my house (that I throw away immediately) and texting me.
