The tall blonde bartender didn't even have to look at my miserable phone that I was holding up (because I have an accent) to know the answer to what I was asking (let alone what I was asking). She was like a statue made of marble to prove that not only blondes can be smart, they can get smarter by the inch just to prove you that you are a loser buddy, you've done fudged up with your choices in life. The other blonde bartender was there to remind you that the first one is not a coincidence. It's all you. You made a wrong turn somewhere and maybe some alcohol might help. That's a business model you can only respect. God, if only the DJ dude that day was half as good as these ladies... read more

I have been coming to this bar for a few years. There is always so much violence, to a level that's insane. I've seen people get shot, stabbed, punched in the face, I mean all kinds of thing. I mostly just keep to myself or with my small group of friends. The other day I was there and this bartender (whom is newer) told several people (all but me) that I was sitting at the bar selling drugs. This is a complete lie. I went to confront her, she refused to talk to me. I then asked the "head bartender" and she said she would review cameras. They never reviewed anything, and the cops showed up. Nothing ever came out of it. This place is so rude, create drama for no reason. The owners should reconsider who they have running this place. read more

I'm an ex bartender here and I loved working here but once I quit they refuse to serve me or anyone with me or that talks to me. I have never done anything but praise this bar and say how much I love it, but these women who bartend here act like high school girls and are bullies. I know I'm not the only ex bartender this happens to cause they always sent the girl before me down to me saying they refuse to serve her. My family and I went Saturday and Val took my family's order and when she realized they were with me she completely disregarded the order walked off and made it very know she wouldn't be serving any of us. Not to mention that a fight about broke out behind me and none of them were even paying attention because they won't even look in my direction. read more

The bartender was absolutely awful. Completely rude. I wish I could give this a zero star as I will never spend my money here

if your in lancaster, ohio for whatever reason, come here and have a drink. pool tables, beer and popcorn that is best if you get it early in the night so it's not contaminated by drunken hands scooping it out. for real though not a bad bar. though you run the risk of going on a night with a shitty cover band... it's happened to me several times now. read more

I will NEVER be attending this bar due to the unprofessional responses to their negative reviews on their Facebook page; which they have now hidden. Clearly a reflection of how you'll be treated if you choose to go to their bar. They specifically state to take your business elsewhere if you were unsatisfied because "you'd be better served." Kuren, the bartender needs training on customer service skills, retention & reputation management. If a customer has had a negative experience & voices that, the least you could do is apologize & ask that they RETURN in hopes that they'll have a better experience next time. Her attitude is driving business away. & we are making sure all friends & family members are aware of this baffling experience. read more

Bartender is rude and proud of it. Look at their FB reviews. Friends came here and the bartender was rude to them. When he posted his concerns on their FB page he discovered that she was in charge of their FB page too. She was once again rude and told him to go somewhere else if he didn't like it. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude to anyone who isn't a regular. Turned off their facebook recommendations so no one would see the nasty comments they make to anyone and everyone who leaves a recommendation, positive or negative. Don't go here. read more

After expressing my opinion and experience on the Facebook page and after rudely being treated the person who manages it took down their review feature after going from a 4.4 to a 3.7 out of 5 stars due to the lack of customer service and professionalism. I was able to screen shot my review and the responses so that it can't be hidden like they are trying to do, it's been publicly posted and If anyone wants to be treated like crap this is the place to go. read more

the bartenders only help the male customers and will leave the female customers waiting for up to an hour, I had a problem with waiting for so long I had my male friend take my spot and he was helped Instantly. once I said something to the bartender she refused to serve me. as if I hadn't been waiting for over an hour for a drink. even after she wouldn't serve me I had my male friend offer to buy me a drink. she told her other server not to serve me bc I called her out on it. read more
