We have ordered from here several times, since our favorite Chinese restaurant. Ine of three of my kids is not a fan or the Orange Chicken, I would say it's not the best I've had but it isfar from the worst. The Mongolian Beef, I ordered just the other day and it was amazingly flavorful, but not hot. My husband ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, extra spicy and said it was perfectly spicy! The egg rolls are very tasty. The only real negative I have... not a fan of the fried rice. There just isn't a lot going on with it, the flavor is bland. Overall, we like Orange & Chicken and it is our 'go to,' locally, for Chinese food. read more

Ordered the shrimp egg foo young and wontons the other day. The shrimp was a bit rubbery (frozen shrimp) and the gravy was thin. Wontons were good. Normally I would order from Chinese Munch Inn, they have without a doubt have the best egg foo young and wontons but they were closed on Mondays. I will try orange chicken again. read more

I had the orange chicken special for lunch, which is coated in batter and covered in a crimson sauce. I believed I had the wrong item. The sauce was decent; it reminded me of ketchup because it was both sweet and acidic. However, the sauce's tint wasn't what I was used to. Due to the sauce and moisture interaction, the chicken lost its texture. Although the fried rice was simple, I was startled to see chicken chunks in it. I placed my first to-go order from this restaurant today and it did not disappoint! I ordered orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious and quality of the meat was great. My food was prepared very hot and fast and was still fresh when I got home. The service was great and the cashier was very kind. Next time I would like to try the pepper beef:) Not sure why there are bad reviews. I would check this place out! :) read more

The employees are very nice the food is just okay. I grew up spending a lot of time in Chinatown staying with my aunt I know it's not Chinatown and everybody has there own options. My order cost $19.48 i ordered wonton soup the meat tasted very old bad. I called into them. They said they would give me a refund if i delivered the soup to them. GET YOUR FOOD ANY DAY BUT A SUNDAY!! My mom and I come here all the time and the one time where we wanted their food on a Sunday it didn't taste right AT ALL. We love the food that we've tried so far and it has became our go-to; such as the Singapore rice noodles, Beef and house special lo-mein, shrimp egg foo young, egg rolls (vegetables are my favorite), and the delicious VEGETABLE DELIGHT!!!! I can't get enough. As a matter of fact they give you generous portions and a smile every time you come in and leave. I really like this place. This is our usual Chinese take out spot because it's close by. I liked it better when this place was called Hong Gong to be honest. The food is okay, but I think the quality has gone down from before. They used to offer free crab rangoons with orders over 25$, but they only give you that now if you have the old Hong gong menus. We usually get Mongolian beef, but lately it's just been about 3/4 onions and just a small amount of actual beef. We ordered for the first time from this place for my work. The guy that took the order got confused because I ordered a couple dinner items instead of lunch items. We got our order and we were missing 2 egg rolls, the ones that came with the lunch meals. The 2 veggie egg rolls we got were not veggie. I called them up to complain and explained to them we can't come back there and the lady was very nice and offered to bring them to us. I had one of the "veggie" egg rolls and it tasted awful. One of the worse egg rolls I ever had. I wish I had tasted it before I called and complained. As luck would have it, the guy that took the order called me back and he was even a better jerk than before. He said I was wrong they were in there. I told him it didn't matter. The food we got was just mediocre nothing spectacular about it. We will just go to our regular Chinese place in the area. My company will never order from Orange & Chicken again. read more

Ordered from This lousy Chinese place last night and they messed up on everything they didn't give us any of the right stuff your chicken look like dead shrimp and under cooked. Which we didn't even order in the first place. The rice was dry and we had six orders of it. Spent almost $100 for a bunch of crap. This is the second time they have messed up I thought I would give them another chance never again. Repeated the order to them twice and then the lady told us that we messed it up. Even though there was six people hearing the order. She repeated it back to us and it was right when we picked it up all of it was wrong. They are rude and I hope they do not stay in business. The chop suey and lo mein is disgusting and there's no meat in it. So they told us to come back and get a new order never told us to bring the old order back which everyone had on their plates because we were about to eat. They wanted us to bring the food back in order to get a new order. They finally gave us a new order and it was still messed up and nasty and small and not worth the price. Never ever eating here again. When we went to go pick up the food the first time I saw something in the corner of my eye crawling and thought nothing of it then I looked again and it was something nasty I don't even know what it was. you need an epic makeover and a new cook.. read more

We really enjoy this place and its taken over as our new favorite place to order from. Egg rolls are really yummy and their food is tasty and fresh. I get the broccoli/chicken each time and the broccoli even has a fresh snap when you bite it. I really enjoy it...issues with the place which had me deciding between three and four stars are incorrect orders. First time We ordered egg rolls....we did not get them. Second time we ordered I got a size L chicken/broccoli and a S lo mein. I received two dishes that were the same size. Did I get two larges or two smalls? I'll never know! read more

By far THE WORST Chinese food I have ever had, it wasn't even tolerable!!! Cold, dry, no flavor & nasty and I'm being nice!! The Fried Rice had to be out of a box OR a few days old, with a bag of frozen vegetables, literally!! Had General Tso's chicken, dry and grizzle, tons of grizzle. Had it delivered for lunch, I don't drive, when I called to complain I want my money back the guy said bring it back...told him I didn't drive, it didn't matter. I am on a mission to shut them down. Will be contacting the BBB as well as health inspectors to visit them. If they are in fact Chinese...SHAME ON THEM!!! Again, so unbelievably gross!! Spent a lot of money last night on this place and was very disappointed, the rice was obviously old and it tasted like plastic cause it was probably sitting in the box for a long time and the fried rice had no veggies or egg in it so it was practically just white rice with soy sauce which isn't fried rice and the mongolian beef was watery! Not recommended if you're looking for authentic Chinese food. Shrimp with mixed veg was okay but had all American vegetables, mainly broccoli. Orange chicken, not truly a Chinese dish anyway, was soggy fried chicken soaked in sugar syrup. The pot stickers were more bread like than the usual noodle like dough, and it was tough, apparently not fresh. Went right to the circular file. read more

My favorite Chinese restaurant. They give a very fair meat to veggie ratio. Everything is really delicious. Today I ordered crab Rangoon's and got them for free because they were doing a crab Rangoon coupon and the guys said he threw them in for free and gave me another coupon for next time. I was never disappointed with the food or the service. This is the only Chinese takeout I get. I hope they never change!!! read more
