Alex, Josh, Eddy, Matt , Mort, Joe, John, and Ronaldo all were very professional, clean, and efficient. They got four apartments powered back up after one of the meters exploded and put four new panels and wiring in like a nascar pit crew. Always upfront and honest. We called around 8a and I was told someone would contact me. I did receive a call, and explained my situation, and I was told the guy was at another job, but I would be next on the list, and that it would be about 2-3 hours. This was at 8:53am. It's now 3:28pm and I am still waiting...no one has shown up. I have called a number of times, and at 2:40p, I was told the guy was on his way. I'm truly disappointed. I could have possibly called someone else and had them show up already. To be fair, it is raining, and has been off and on all day, but I am still waiting. I will update this review if/when someone shows up. Update: their electrician finally showed up. He tested something, and next thing I know, my ac compressor explodes. Now we have to wait for them to possibly send an ac person to give us an estimate. Wow... talk about wasted money. Definitely going with someone else. How disappointing.

They never fixed anything and left me frustrated and worried. The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. If you are having electrical issues and getting nowhere with FPL, call Perfect Electric and ask for Brian, you will not regret it.

I set an appointment for 2 weeks out and the gentleman I spoke to said he'd call the day before to confirm. The "day before' arrived but I didn't receive a phone call. As we approached the afternoon, I called up to see what was happening but only got a voice mail. I left a message and hoped for the best for the next day. On the day of the appointment the guys were a no show. My wife called up and got a hold of someone who had no idea about the appointment and in general sounded very confused about the schedule. He said he'd call us back with an update but never got back to us. We called one more time and got the voicemail again. At that point I just gave up. One star for Perfect Electric. Not reliable and not responsive. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

And, in doing it the installer was on time, polite, cleaned up the mess, personable, etc. The price bid by "My Electrical Genie" was offered right away - they were the first to respond to my listing. And they responded with a price. Others didn't respond with a price even though my project was very specific, simple, and with pictures! The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was!
