I spoke to someone who works in a nearby business and they stated they have no idea what goes on there; it seems they open only when they feel like, not for their posted hours. Waited a bit and then went shopping. Called the 800 number (800) 745-0233 to see what was going on and was 'conveniently' disconnected without being given any answers. Returned a couple of hours later and the bag was no longer on the door handle but the doors were locked even though there was a light on in the waiting room. Booked an appointment with Quest for next week. Done with LabCorp; Quest all the way from here on out.

The whole experience only lasted about 10 minutes. I can definitely recommend this location. You can always do a little bit of shopping while you wait for your appointment.
