I've been here a few times, both for myself and for my wife. This visit, we got super lucky with no one ahead of us, which made things even smoother. The front desk staff always does a good job making the check-in process easy and stress-free. The caregivers have consistently seemed thorough, attentive, and helpful, which is what you want when visiting an urgent care clinic. Another plus -- there's ample parking, making access simple. Overall, a reliable urgent care spot with good staff and an easy overall experience. Saluti.

The providers didn't seem to listen or validate what I was experiencing. Communication was also poor. I left a voicemail and didn't receive a timely callback, and when I finally did, the response came across as rude and unsupportive. Overall, it felt more focused on getting patients in for additional visits than actually providing quality care. What makes this more frustrating is that my husband and I had just established care here and completed physicals on the family practice side. I rarely have medical issues and try to handle things the right way, so this experience was disappointing. I'll be continuing care with another office who actually listens, and my family will be finding a new primary care provider and urgent care moving forward.

The forms were completed on your phone via text link the staff send you. Easy to complete. My husband received great care and treatment from Gregory PA and Dr. Chopra. Gregory was super supportive with completing his verbal and physical exams. He took the time to obtain the medical history and understanding what events led up to the back pain. He helped him get up from the exam table and it felt very caring especially. Dr. Chopra also provided an exam and reviewed his treatment plan with us. He recommended a follow up appointment. We were not rushed at all and currently on the road the recovery. We are very grateful for everyone who helped us.

What a bunch of bogus mess, and I'm sorry to be so blunt, but all of you people that left 1 star reviews really threw me off and that's not fair because it's misleading. I was assigned Lionel Vasquez FNP as my new PCP. He did a great job addressing all of my concerns, and I had a LOT. I haven't seen a PCP regularly in a few years, and I was hoping to start a regular relationship with one as I am getting older and have some reoccurring issues. I literally gave him a hole smorgasbord of issues I had and wanted to begin addressing, and we talked about all of them. I knew he had other patients, but he stayed patient with me and we genuinely talked about all of my concerns. And I'm grateful for that. I'm not sure what people are expecting from a PCP but the man was a gentleman and extremely professional and did a great job of educating me and starting me off in the right direction. I wish I could outweigh all these 1 star reviews. If you are reading this, and got assigned here as your new PCP from your insurance or are shopping for a new one close by, and you see all of these and wonder how bad it must be, I implore you to meet with Nurse Vasquez yourself and be your own judge. I believe you will find that the things written here in these other reviews are baseless and unfounded. I am not paid to write this review, I'm just legitimately frustrated at how nasty people can be on yelp for no reason and want more people to come and write more 5 star reviews for this amazing practice right next to most of our houses I'm assuming that genuinely deserves an over 4-star rating. Community, do your thing, and give this place another chance. Or, just do better and stop complaining on yelp for no reason

At one point, a staff member came to the front, looked at me, didn't say anything, and walked back while other employees were laughing and talking in the back. The office was nearly empty, with only one or two patients in the back, so the delay and lack of communication were especially frustrating. Eventually, someone came up and said they would help me, but never returned, stating there was an issue with the computer being locked. After that, another staff member came up and began asking for my information again.Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy made this a very poor experience especially for someone seeking medical care.

I had to stand at the front desk for 15 minuets because nobody was there, I finally called this Phylicity I was currently standing there and someone picked up the phone from the back. When I told him I had been standing at the desk for 15 minutes he said she's on her way up. I was greeted but a young woman with a less than kind look on her face like it was even an imposition that I was there, when I tried to lighten the mood (just reminding I was the one who was sick) I asked her how her day was and she flatly replied oh it's been a day alright. Then I was called back to the room where the person who I think he said he was a paramedic and took my vitals, placed in another room when the NP Melissa Monson asked a few questions took a swab for the flu came back 5 minutes later and told me that she saw a faint tiny twinge of a pink like for the flu test she took and said that it may be so faint because I came in the same day I started showing symptoms. I asked that they send my prescriptions next door to CVS as I didn't want to drive all the way across town to get them. They sent them to my normal pharmacy anyway. 10 days later I was not feeling as well as I expected to with the 5 prescriptions they put me on I finally got in to see my doctor. He pulled the paperwork from Banner and said it was no wonder I was not feeling better... The paperwork from Banner stated that I tested NEGITIVE for both type A & B flu... My doctor was not shocked to say the least. I have an upper raspatory infection and prescribed me some antibiotics and 3 days later I'm finally getting some relief. I was misdiagnosed, given the wrong medication and I had to pay 75.00 for that. I want my money back I'll eat the meds I had to pay for and I want an apology for nobody calling me to tell me that my flu tests were negative that I should go to my regular Dr. because there is something else going on with me to stop taking the medications they had given due to being mis diagnosed.

Family member was sick. Coughing and ear pain. Called primary care and their "protocol" is to do only telemed visits (because coughing is a symptom of COVID). Didn't matter that we did a home test (twice, on two separate days), and it was negative. You can't look in ears and throats with a telemed (note to self: change primary care doctors). So we brought her here. No appointments available, so just walk in. We were told a 90 minute wait. But it was around 60 minutes when they called us back. Jonathan checked the ears, throat, sinuses, and a strep test was performed (negative). We left with scripts called-in to the pharmacy which I picked up about 30 minutes later. The scripts made sense, questions were answered (by Jonathan), and we're now home treating. I think it was about as good of an experience as one could hope for with urgent care.

I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.
