I'm going to make this review short and to the point: This dude is a wizard…read more I've had chronic neck pain for 9+ years. I've had adhesions on the side of my neck and on my upper trap that have been impossible to remove. I have had countless massages over the years. I would get a $45 Chinese massage once a week for over a year to deal with the pain. Over the last 3 months, I committed to fixing my neck once and for all. I've tried physical therapy, cupping, various massage techniques and acupuncture. I got some decent results from acupuncture, but the cupping, PT and massage overall have been a waste of time. Enter Howard. Howard worked on me for 1.5 hours. Completely different approach than anyone I've ever gotten massage from. He was working muscles that I didn't even know existed that were pulling my lats, which were pulling my traps, which was causing the neck spasms. After loosening the facia around my back and ribs, the spasms in my neck released for the first time in 10 years. I'm still speechless. Howard just knows more about the body than other massage therapists. He truly understands how muscles work. He isn't cheap but one massage from this guy and you're probably set for the year or maybe longer. Thank you , Howard !!!!!

Howard has put in the time, care and devotion to "unstick" my body using his MBR method. Howard and this work has been LIFE CHANGING! I have actually had a few completely pain free days. First of all, Not only is Katherine beyond talented and the most down to earth therapist I have…read moreever had. She is also compassionate and knows EXACTLY what she is doing. I suffer with a herniated L4 and bulging L5 disc and had difficulty walking and pretty much maneuvering my whole body. When Katherine came to see me I had an S shaped spine from nursing one side. After at least 8 sessions I am now completely mobile and feel like a totally different person. To say Katherine is a natural massage therapist is an understatement. She has a true passion for the human body and helping others. Thank you for changing my life.

I have gone to several spas for massages and come out feeling somewhat ok but I feel the massage therapists are just not in tuned with my trouble areas and what they can do to better release the compressions in my shoulders and back. This therapist, Katherine, did a phenomenal job with identifying my trouble areas by pinpointing disconcerting spots and focused on getting those bad boys loosened up. She also massaged my not so troubled areas making me feel relaxed and overall enjoy the experience with getting the special attention I needed. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Katherine! Can't wait to book my next massage VERY soon! Not to mention the luxury of being in your home, and can head straight to bed after. I STRONGLY encourage people to not book massages with Keith. He scammed my husband and I out of our…read morehard earned money. In January of 2019, my husband and I each booked a massage package with Keith Andrew Stiles. We had gone to him for massages a few times before and were comfortable and trusting of his work. For the massage package, Keith offered us a heavily discounted rate and in return, asked us to pay in full upfront. He emailed me an invoice and I paid him via Venmo. After fulfilling 50% of the deal, Keith consistently cancelled on us several times, all last minute (within 45 minutes of our appointment) giving one excuse after another. After a month and a half of trying to schedule appointments and Keith cancelling, I was certain that Keith was not going to fulfill the massage service that we paid for in full, so I politely asked for a refund. Keith responded that he did not have the money. Soon after, his cell phone number was no longer in service. I have emailed him three times and have received no response. I reached out to him several times on social media and received no response as well. Recently, I looked him up on the New York State Board of Professions website and he is not currently registered to practice massage therapy. To practice within New York State, a professional must be licensed AND registered.

Kiambu's knowledge & technique are easily the most thorough, patient, extensive and most importantly EFFECTIVE that I have experienced. This practice having the word "massage" in its name, is like calling an organ-transplant surgeon an itch-scratcher. His work is miles beyond any 'massage' I've ever had. Anybody can rub your back and make you feel better while they're doing it. Maybe even for a few hours or a day later. But Kiambu has a deeply (pun intended) orthopedic, MEDICAL approach. He also actually listens to what you want done and concentrates on areas you want to focus on, unlike 100% of other massage providers I've ever been to. He also cares enough to provide exercises and stretches to do at home. It's obvious he puts a lot of attention and thought into this. It's like getting an exquisite, free, unexpected dessert after dinner. Like all exceedingly excellent things, the service is expensive, more than the average massage (but not more than - or even as much as - some ritzy hotels' or overpriced spas'). Last but not least... for people who care about such things... he's insanely hot but isn't a jerk about it. That might be his rarest quality of all.
