I'm going to make this review short and to the point: This dude is a wizard. I've had chronic neck pain for 9+ years. I've had adhesions on the side of my neck and on my upper trap that have been impossible to remove. I have had countless massages over the years. I would get a $45 Chinese massage once a week for over a year to deal with the pain. Over the last 3 months, I committed to fixing my neck once and for all. I've tried physical therapy, cupping, various massage techniques and acupuncture. I got some decent results from acupuncture, but the cupping, PT and massage overall have been a waste of time. Enter Howard. Howard worked on me for 1.5 hours. Completely different approach than anyone I've ever gotten massage from. He was working muscles that I didn't even know existed that were pulling my lats, which were pulling my traps, which was causing the neck spasms. After loosening the facia around my back and ribs, the spasms in my neck released for the first time in 10 years. I'm still speechless. Howard is a genius! I've been going to him at least once a month for the past two years and I can honestly say that he keeps me walking. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, and with his help, I've done multiple half marathons, a full marathon and a decathlon with no injuries and with minimal recovery time. I was referred to him two years ago by a trainer because I was suffering from my IT band and could not walk without pain. Not only has he fixed my problem with my IT band, he has prevented so many more issues arising from my heavy working out schedule.
