Dr. Peterson is a life saver. I have fibromyalgia and have tried a lot of different kinds of…read moretreatment, and most providers (especially physical therapists) have just ended up injuring me. Dr. Peterson is very well educated about fibromyalgia and consistently provides relief for joint, muscular, and myofascial pain. He uses a combination of chiropractic techniques/realignment and e stim on trigger points. He also offers lifestyle/posture advice for pain reduction as well some stretches and strengthening movements. I feel strongly that he absolutely cares about my well-being and I really trust him. I have other friends who have gone for short-term issues and quickly recover with him; since I have a chronic issue, I have to go pretty regularly, but when my health improves they always reduce how often I come in (and increase if I have a backslide). What I'm saying is, I know chiropractors have a bad reputation for just wanting your money but that couldn't be farther from the truth at Peterson Chiropractic. The whole team wants the patients to heal above all else. After many years seeking relief for my chronic pain, I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Peterson. I'll also add, I'm a woman with PTSD and can get a little nervous with men providing any kind of bodywork -- you just never know when someone will turn out to be a creep. I thoroughly trust Dr. Peterson and feel at ease with him every time I come in. The admin and billing teams are awesome! They are very friendly and easy to reach (I iMessage with them). We've had miscommunications about billing before and they are always patient about it. Back before COVID they would have little themed parties for holidays and invite patients to join them for snacks in the back room. It was so sweet. (They go all out decorating the office for every holiday.) Billing is a little confusing. I'm out of network but they bill my insurance, which sends me partial reimbursements, and then I give those checks to them. I get some weird explanation of benefits from my insurance saying I owe a lot of money that I don't end up owing? I don't really understand the system but it means that, aside from a $250 deductible at the beginning of the year (payable with FSA), I don't have to pay for anything. This has led to some confusion in the past since I get paid by my insurance and then use that to pay them, and I can see how others might have issues with the system since it's definitely a bit convoluted, but it works for me and means treatment is very affordable. I found Dr. Peterson via a recommendation from a friend and I've sent multiple friends and coworkers his way as well. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

I saw Dr. Kuang yesterday, and I am so glad I did. I've been having issues with my upper back for…read moreover a year. I also recently had surgery in my foot, where they re-aligned a bone with two screws. Dr. Kuang didn't just focus on my back. He looked at every joint and how they were impacting one another. He noticed one leg is longer than the other, and that's because one hip is higher than the other (likely to compensate for the pain in my left foot after the surgery). He then proceeded to crack and pull (I don't know the proper terms for this). It was incredible. Before COVID, I went for bi-weekly massages for help with the pain. My one session with Dr. Kuang made me feel better than any massage. He taught me some exercises and once they're allowed to do massages, I can get them done there. Also, when he sent me an email of exercises, I noticed in his signature that he has a blog about pain management (http://drgordonkuang.blogspot.com/). That's when you know someone truly loves what he does.

A friend recommended Dr. Kim, so I scheduled an afternoon visit. Dr. Kim diagnosed me thoroughly and targeted the exact problem areas with precision acupuncture. It's been two days now, and the pain is mostly gone--I'm back to my normal daily routine without any issues. I am so grateful for this amazing care!

Then I found Dr. Kim's cosmetic acupuncture (natural lifting and rejuvenating), and wow, what a difference. Dr. Kim is amazing--super‑fine needles in the right spots to wake up your skin's glow. It's practically painless, and guys love it, too. My husband even tried a session and said his skin has never felt smoother or less tense. After three treatments, my skin felt firmer, lifted, and looked so fresh. Friends kept asking what I'd done. I flew in before a big event, got treated, then flew home glowing--everyone noticed. I even heard she's teaching this in Korea! If you're over painful, gimmicky fixes, give Dr. Kim's cosmetic acupuncture a try. Real results, almost no discomfort, and you'll look--and feel--younger.

After a few months of PT which was not providing the hoped for relief, I decided to give acupuncture a try (this was my first time ever!). While the neck is a tricky thing to treat, I have noticed a significant improvement in general muscle soreness and stress relief. At this point, I have been seeing him 1-2x/week for almost a year, and plan to continue for my general wellness in the future, even when my neck is fully better. Timur is really the best! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, thorough and personalized with the care that he gives. Each visit starts with a holistic assessment of how my week has been and other factors that my influence my condition, which allows him to tailor treatments. I really appreciate that he explains everything in detail and patiently, and answers all my questions! Timur is very passionate about his craft and that shows through in every visit. Now I'm curious to see how acupuncture will work as a natural remedy for other things that arise.

From muscular pathologies to emotional imbalances, Timur's treatments have been extremely helpful for me and have continued to improve my health even after the session is over. In the few days following a treatment, I feel increasingly balanced and refreshed. I also appreciate that Timur uses a minimal amount of needles to treat internal disharmonies so as not to drain the client's energy. As a massage therapist myself, I am very picky about my bodywork practitioners. I have recommended Timur to many people and they have all raved about his work. In addition to being a very talented acupuncturist, Timur is also a wonderful person. He is an amazing listener, which I think is a very important part of being a healer and he truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend a treatment from him!

I came due to chronic pain in foot and leg that I had been tolerating for years but had got to the point of being painful to walk, and would even wake me up during the night. I'd talked with my PCP, and seen a podiatrist and also a physiotherapist and none of them had been able to help me. I had seen a chiropractor for some neck issues ~15 years ago and from that experience I found it was a coin flip if they helped, sometimes I would leave an adjustment feeling better, and sometimes worse. This office has been a totally different experience. Prior to the adjustment they spend time making sure that the area is relaxed as possible (using massage etc) before making the adjustment. As I've been figuring out my schedule I've seen two people here for chiropractor adjustment and two people for physiotherapy and all four have been equally amazing. What I appreciate about this office is the focus on finding and treating the root cause of pain, and not just treating the surface symptoms. When I come in for a session they can quickly identify the problem areas, and have specific techniques to help target those areas. I've also been surprised to learn how connected muscles and ligaments in the body are. I can have pain in one area, and focusing on a different area I can feel the muscles relax. I also appreciate that when something isn't working, they work to figure out alternatives that will work for your specific situation. After just a 30 minute session I feel like I've had a good workout and feel like I'm standing taller and stronger. I've only been coming for a short time, but already my pain is GREATLY reduced and I feel optimistic about future improvements. The office is tidy organized and nicely decorated, the admin staff are also great (I often get welcomed by name when I come in) and they are flexible for helping out with changes in schedule etc. This office is actually out of network for my insurance, but my copay works out about the same as the in-network PT I saw a couple years ago. Absolutely nothing to fault, a great 5/5 practice here!
