Efficient Thorough, clean nice environment, and diligent work. Good body work!! Able to schedule easily and was on time read more

I booked the body and foot massage combo online, which was really convenient. They also had quite a few therapists available for walk-ins, so it seems like they can accommodate you even without an appointment. The reflexology was excellent and definitely the highlight of the experience. I took off a star for the chair massage, which wasn't my favorite. It felt a little too "pinchy" and there was quite a bit of rocking. I would upgrade to the 30-minute or longer body massage and go with a table massage instead of the chair. I think that would make for a much more comfortable experience. They also offer a discount for paying in cash. There was a bit of a language barrier that made communication challenging at times, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed the reflexology and would come back to try the longer table massage. read more

This place was amazing. Very peaceful atmosphere here. My wife wanted to end our trip to NYC with a massage and they had availability to get her in earlier than her appointment so we decided to get a couple's massage. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend you end your trip with a visit. Warming, be careful when you tell them to go deeper. They give you what you asked for. read more

Looks seedy but is fine. I asked for "hard". That was a mistake. Those young Chinese fellows are strong. I had to revise my order to "medium" halfway through. Not expensive. Paper thin walls, so they discourage loud talking, like mine. I would recommend. Go to a Chinese restaurant after. Makes a nice evening. read more

This is one of those Chinese run massage places that offers very cheap massages. However, this place is a step above those. Not only is this place super cheap compared to other massage places ($55 for a 60 minute full body massage), but it is also very well organized, modern and super clean. It is a spacious too with a large number of private rooms where the masseuse will massage you. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There might be a bit of a language barrier, but nothing using translate on your phone cannot take care of. read more

Called in close to 1015 pm and they were able to squeeze us in. It's located on the second floor and there is a small elevator to go upstairs. Our feet were TIRED from all the walking we did and we really needed a good foot massage... and I preface this by saying I get a LOT of massages. A LOT. The combo 30 min foot and 30 min body was probably the best technique I've ever had. My masseuse was Lily and her hands had the perfect pressure for me and she totally had "the touch" Will try to come back for another one before we leave NYC read more

I had a great experience starting with the phone call to schedule an appointment within the hour. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and taken to the private room. The salon and room were immaculate. My massage was amazing! I had 30 minutes and would have came back the next day if I could. I believe the lady's name is Yoos and she was great at deep tissue. I would totally recommend. read more

Renew York Spa - Entry way - Massage Near Me - New York, New York

Amazing!! Stayed in town for a week and I stopped by at least 5 different times cause they were the few places they stayed open until 11. Just ring the doorbell downstairs and someone will buzz you even if you're just a walk in. Affordable no frills with great professional staff. They had a discount if you paid in cash and there were ATMs on site. Could not recommend enough! read more

Great massages! We had 2 couples massages on our recent trip and they were all awesome! Very thorough and were able to get very deep and the stretches were great. Everyone was very friendly and we were accommodated very quickly even as walk-ins. Even better, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely return, without hesitation. read more

Amazing experience! As other reviewers shared - this is a basic massage place with great service and clean rooms. I asked for deep pressure and am sure that the young woman provided my massage was on the table at one point to get leverage and push harder!! The prices are exceptionally reasonable and appointments are readily available. Plan to bring cash for tips. read more

I had a 1.5-hour firm Swedish massage--hands down one of the best massages of my life, and I've had plenty. Mary was excellent. The place is very clean, and it was easy to make an appointment. The prices are extremely reasonable. I just wish this place were on the West Coast! A must when you're in Manhattan. read more

Renew York Spa is EXACTLY what their name alludes to. . . your body will definitely feel RENEWED after you sign up for a 60-minute massage. When I did a quick search of massage places -- determined from the nearby Times Square hotel where I was staying, I randomly picked Renew York Spa. I chose Renew York Spa, not only for its catchy name, but also when I called their main number, the receptionist immediately answered and said I would be able to see a masseur right away. The massage -- which notably was given by a young masseur -- was simply fantastic. He concentrated on the knots I had on my neck, shoulders, and calves. His massage technique was firm when needed and light when appropriate. The massage prices are VERY reasonable. I highly recommend the Renew York Spa, not only because it was clean and efficient, but making an appointment here was super easy. Whenever I am back in New York, I'll definitely look up Renew York Spa for another relaxing & refreshing massage. Rating: 9.8/10 read more

Clean, professional, nice, affordable. My favorite place! I've been going here for years at this point. :)

Great massage for great price. We called ahead for a massage one day and next time we went as walk-ins and were easily accommodated. Facilities are very clean, staff is professional. read more

Best massage I have had for the price. Place was clean and making an appointment was easy

This spans very clean and love that you have your own private room. Again, I love how clean they are and the relaxing atmosphere. I had the 30 min foot massage and 30 min back massage by Patricia. She did a great job! Also, I had when they pressure you to give more tip which didn't happen here. I will be coming back again for a massage. Yes, I will recommend this place! read more

I LOVE getting massages here. The male and female masseuses all are very strong, but adjust the pressure as needed. As a performer in the area, it's been really lovely to come here after rehearsal or before a show to make sure my body is in order to perform at an affordable price. I cannot recommend Renew York Spa highly enough. read more

So great. Had a wonderful experience with Mya! I come frequently and always leave more relaxed.

5 stars for location (Times Square), cleanliness and ambiance, friendly and accommodating staff, best value, and the best recovery massage. After 20,000 steps from walking around NY, my poor aching knees and feet are so deserving of this healing massage. I was looking for an affordable massage and stumbled upon ReNew York Spa. Boy, did I luck out! They have really affordable prices ($50 for one hour) and walk in was super easy. No appointment needed. We were accommodated immediately. The place is super clean and comfortable. They have chargers everywhere, perfect for tourists not only to recharge physically but also for your technologies =). This is a reflexology Chinese massage. Just a warning, they work on your pressure points. It's pain first, then relief. Keep that in mind! My masseuse was super! She spent 30 minutes on my back and 30 mins on feet. They truly needed some tender loving care. I've been abusing my feet over the past two days. This is what I totally needed... relax, recharge, and reenergize! I'm ready for more steps!!! Pro tip: they give you an even deeper discount after your first visit! See you later! Def taking advantage of that =) read more

horrible stay away but cheats and scammers they charge you for one hour massage but don't start until 10 to 20 minutes later. The massagers are worse than the females when it comes to foot massages because they set the timer and walk away and then come back stay away. There are a scam or if you insist on going to start a timer and for every minute under 60 seconds or under your time, take a dollar away from their tip and let them know. read more

Let me start this review by saying I'm not the type of person that usually spends a Saturday getting a massage, but after my experience at Renew York Spa I might change my mind. My feet had been hurting after a ton of walking so after doing some searches I found out about Renew and decided to give it a try. When I walked in I was thrilled to see things were just as pictured online and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I started off with a 20 minute foot massage and then was so relaxed that I added on a 20 minute body work massage afterwards! The chairs are comfortable and the private rooms are clean. One thing I noticed is that while this location is in a fairly busy area I couldn't hear a single car honking or siren once I stepped inside Renew. The whole staff was super friendly, and everyone there is certified and professional. I have a feeling I might become a regular here! read more

Renew York Spa - Amazing! - Massage Near Me - New York, New York

A real pleasant surprise. Found this place walking back from an afternoon show with cramped theater seats and got a relaxing 90 minute massage. Perfect timing for a valentine's dinner afterwards in Hell's Kitchen. The atompshere was nice and clean all around, from the bathroom to the private room massage tables. Would definitely come here again :-) read more

Came in for a lymphatic massage and it was beyond half ass. Only came here bc I needed something close to home. As for the massage, they only do the arms and legs on one side of your body and at the bare minimum don't even do the stomach. the whole point of the massage is to increase circulation towards lymph nodes and debloat/detox the body. I asked the masseuse if she would at least do the stomach which she tried but it was clear she didn't know what she was doing. She was sweet and tried though. The front desk person was the worst part. I expressed my feelings about it and how it should be noted on the site or upon booking and he just looked down and ignored me. I ended up telling him "oh okay so you just don't care or want to pretend to care" and he puts on a fake smile and offers a $10 reduction. I paid it and walked out disappointed wasting $65 coming out feeling no different than I came in. I would suggest anyone interested in that massage to go to Chelsea Healing instead! They're the best and at a better rate. read more

I come to get massages here often and always leave so relaxed! They are very accommodating and always make sure you are comfortable. Fabulous Massage. One of the best I've had in NYC. You guys. I get a lot of massages in New York City and I just had maybe one of the best of my entire life. This new place on 8th between 48-49 called Renew York Spa. The place is so nice and clean. The bathroom alone is immaculate. Each massage takes place in a private room with an actual door and their massage beds are super brand new (and wide so you're not gonna fall off) so they're not like super flat and hard like everywhere else you go... they had brand new knee and neck pillows/face cradle pillows. Nice lighting an ambiance. The woman who did my massage was amazing (Amy). Did all the things I like, including scalp and face, plus extra arms and hands, calves and feet. Cannot wait to return. read more

My experience here was okay. Masseuse was spot on the pressure I requested but there were a lot of repetitive movements and despite it being a full body massage, my neck wasn't tended to and I remained on one side the whole time. The spaces aren't separated by rooms which makes it hard to relax. I wouldn't come back read more
