Terrible communication at this place. On top of this, we were talked into purchasing 3 additional tires so that a proper alignment could be completed. We were quoted a price by Brandon which he stated included tax and mounting....That price suddenly went up $30 upon pick-up and of course, Brandon wasn't around that day to speak with about the price difference. We ended up paying an additional $80 unexpectedly because of their poor communication, badly written estimates, and shady tactics. Even after discussing the issues we had they refused to honor the prices we were given. I will avoid this place in the future and will definitely not be recommending. We were given an amount by Brandon that was to be our responsibility which we accepted and were totally prepared to pay. We were then given a higher amount when we came to pick up our vehicle and of course Brandon wasn't around. These are the facts.
