    This is the worst company EVER!!!! Talk about gouging..... they wouldn't even offer us a promotion…read morepackage, they didn't even try. We've been a customer for 16 long years, anytime we had a problem with Directv, we'd call them up, and it was immediately resolved. There was never any issues about the bill, if we were going to be late, they gave us time without question. DirecTV were very fair people, unlike At&t who are just out to RIP everyone off for as much as they can. At&t are the LOWEST of the low. They don't offer discounts to elderly people, and they are unwilling to help anyone, especially in a pandemic. There was never a long term contract after the initial setup, just month to month. WE HAVE VOWED, to never use directv or at&t ever again. WE STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE WHO HAS AT&T OR DIRECTV, TO DROP THEM FASTER THAN A RABBIT CAN RUN!!!!!!!

    Everytime I called att about directv or internet , when they gave me promotion price. They always…read morealso gave me one year contract. But within contract period , att always raised the monthly price. So I had to call again , then they extend one year contract again. Even I asked whether there was contract, the customer service always answered 'there is no contract'. But when I received the bill , the contract was showing. This time I called on 2/6, and talked to Kiynan ID KS982T, I asked to cancel directv. She offered me $25 discount and no contract. I asked couple of times whether there was contract with $25. She said 'no'. Again when I received the bill, there was contract for another year. I called again on 2/8 and 2/9 finally reached the manager. I was told that $25 can be removed, and I can cancel on the old contract date of 4/1/2018. So I called 3/20/2018 to cancel directv, then I was told that att had listened the recording and I agreed that one more year contract. The customer service is Jacob JH0504 had very bad attitude. Such big company has tried to cheated on the customer who had been with att for more than 40 years. Amazing such high tech company can not change small things immediately. Every time just raise the price without notice.
