Don't use Crites Electric unless you want to be ripped off by incompetent "electricians". Our…read moregenerator stopped working. They came and replaced various parts, including one they had taken from a different unit. They got the generator working again but it stopped a half-hour after they left and wouldn't start again. We got a 2nd opinion and were told within 5 minutes that the generator was fine, we had a gas issue. This 2nd opinion cost $50. Crites billed us for $271.85 including full price for the used part they installed. I phoned to complain and they reduced the bill to $197.99. They spent 2 hours "fixing" an unbroken generator instead of knowing upfront it was a gas issue. Don't make the same mistake we did, call a competent electrician.

I needed electric put in into a building that was vacant for years and vagrants had even stolen the…read morecopper wiring out of the walls. James was amazing working with me about... first doing the bare minimum to get it up to code and make it possible for us to work in there, for example 1 functioning light and 1 good outlet in every room, and... second, to make plans about coming back and continuing the work after I knew what I want to do with the building as far as what walls will still remain or be moved, where the appliances will be, stuff like that. He also did his best to reuse anything that was still there. He had to put in new breakers because the box was new. BUT, knowing that I sell on eBay he let me know that all the old breakers were valuable and I could easily sell them. The final price of phase 1 was significantly below the estimate which was a nice surprise! James was also wonderful about our irregular schedule. All of the crew were friendly and fabulous. I am 100% happy and confident to have Worry Free back when we move on to phase 2.

Still nothing done, just talking. couple weeks passes and then a vague estimate with a choice a brand new systems to choose from. no repairs quoted and lots of time wasted. very nice people but they're the problem why houses cant get ac service, because they're just visiting to sell more, not to be of any service. pathetic and wasted 3 months of my time, no problems solved and I'm left to fix it myself. better find someone else If your looking at these guys.
