One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with . Lack of customer service or follow through on appointments they initiate . I went two weeks with no internet until I got a new company . I'm convinced I'd still have no internet had I stayed with Suddenlink . They changed their story of outage to equipment problems more than once while making me wait on them and never showing nor calling . Supervisors supposed to call me on two occasions but never did . Transferred me to other departments for help only to sit with no answer. I tried multiple times to resolve issues only to be refused solutions or even a decent effort to fix problems . read more

This is the worst customer service to try and deal with. You can't tell what the people are saying for one thing. They have no idea of the packages they offer if you are changing them. I changed mine on 4/21/22 and next months billing still reflected the same charges not the new rates as changed to. When I called them they don't know why they weren't changed but they will make the changes now but I still have to pay the current bill that is fraudelent. They didn't make my changes but I don't get the credit until July. This is a bunch of bullsh*t Can't speak to a supervisor and I have to wait for a call back for 2-4 hours. Thats a crock. Another ISP that thinks setting up overage charges or CAPS to the intelligent consumer is a good thing. I would rather go back to unlimited dial up internet before I would pay for their bloated priced internet with charges for going over a paltry limit. Only had service for a month and multiple problems have arose. The tech that came out was busy on his phone and smoking for over and hour!! Took him 3 hours ! He also left tools and his trash all over my house. Have called in multiple times regarding damage done by tech and the lack of professionalism is rediculous! This is the worst internet service I have ever used. My internet is constantly going out all day and all night. It has effected my work, my kids school work. I have had them come out many times only to have them unplug and plug back in modem. I had one replace the modem but my issue is still not resolved. It s almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When I finally do it is someone I can't understand and they will not listen to me only tell me to reboot everything like I have done a million times with no better results. Last time after over a half hour of this they said it is the cable and someone would come out from 11-2. I didn't even get a call until 5:15 saying he still had another house then he would try to come. I had to go after wasting another full day for nothing. I am paying $107 for only internet. it was only $45 everywhere else I have had it. I am done. I am going to try a new company. read more
