My Optimal Spine Wellness Center story. Let's start with me. At the start of this story, I weighed 265 pounds and felt terrible. Chronic allergies, back and neck pain and a constant battle with my weight. I've been on anti anxiety most of my adult life. That's the short version. Then I hurt my back... BAD. I herniated a disk in my lower back. A friend from work told me about Optimal Spine Wellness and after googling them and reading the reviews, I called and made an appointment. Desperate and in pain I went in for my evaluation, which was new, I expected to be thrown up on a table and adjusted. Nope, X-rays were taken and Dr. Jensen went over everything that was wrong and after determining A LOT was wrong. He suggested a course of corrective care, which included a full body health plan, which focuses on more than just the hurt parts but focuses on how well your body functions. After 2 months of treatment from Dr. Jensen and a health blueprint set forth by Morgan Jensen, RDN I have virtually no pain in my lower back, I've completely cut allergy pills and medicines from my daily routine and I've lost 15 lbs. and, with the help of my primary health physician, I've stopped taking my anxiety medication. The only medications I take today, are the suggested dietary supplements suggested by Morgan. I'm well on my way, after just two months, thanks to Kyle and Morgan. No, I'm not the picture of health. From my very first visit to Optimal Spine Wellness Center, I immediately felt at home. You can tell right away that Morgan and Dr. Jensen take the well-being and health of every single patient seriously, and that they're passionate about facilitating lasting change to heal- not just treat- existing health conditions. I'm a single Mom with very limited income and went to Dr. Jensen with severe upper back and neck pain. I was upfront about my financial situation, and Dr. Jensen kindly provided me with a few different options for treatment. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy or judgmental. I ultimately decided on the most aggressive plan of action and, though it was the most expensive, after just a week of treatment I felt so much better. Optimal Spine Wellness Center is a one of a kind experience! Dr Jensen, his wife & entire staff are extremely friendly, efficient & define great customer care! I started with the center for a neuropathy program. I've been suffering from severe neuropathy for the past 6 years with indescribable excruciating pain. I had lost hope for any help for my condition until I met Dr Jensen & his staff. I started the program on Dec 8, 2023 & am already seeing an improvement in my condition. I'm also being treated for lower back pain. Before the treatments I was having to use ice to ease my pain 2-3 times a day. I've only applied ice to my back at home about once a week in the last month or so. I can't say enough positive & encouraging things to anyone suffering with neuropathy, back & other types of pain. Dr. Jensen and his staff are super good and kind. I started visiting them to treat my mother with sever migraine, she's now at maintenance program and she does not have any more migraines, my mother was taking 8 pills daily to control the migraines and that was not enough, last time I visited the neurologist he recommend leave my mom at the hospital for 8 days for an IV treatment. I started the treatment due on a neck pain that was pretty intense day by day I was unable to sleep well because of the pain, I am no able to sleep 8-9 hours with no pain interruption, I am also under the nutritionist treatment to heal my gut and weight loss program, since I started the diet I feel with better energy not tire as before and my bowel movements are now normal. Prior to visiting Optimal Spine, I had consistent lower back pain for a good 2 months. I knew it was time to do something, so after a little research I settled on Optimal Spine. I'm so glad that I did. I could not have found a better place to get well. Besides the fact that after only a few visits my pain had reduced significantly and now after 2 months is completely gone, visiting OSWC is more like going to a friends house for a visit, than the Doctor. Dr Kyle Jensen is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your wellness treatment. Dr. Jensen and Morgan have an amazing center. I went in 1 year after a car accident on the recommendation of a massage therapist and I have not been disappointed. I have two lifelong medical conditions and decompression therapy and chiropractic maintenance have made a major difference in my life. The science behind Dr jensen's program was a bit confusing, but once I trusted the process I could feel the results. So much so I am no longer on prescription medications. I also signed on for the dietary and light therapy services and as result have lost almost 40lbs. I am so amazed with the results! Dr. Jensen and Morgan are a great team and very professional. We are thrilled with Optimal Spine Wellness Center. This is exactly the type of place we were searching for to help our son. Dr. Jensen is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything in terms you can understand and he is personable and friendly while he is doing it. Morgan is also great. Her classes are fun, interesting and very informative but what I like best is her friendly and fun personality as she greets and encourages us at every visit. I have always known I needed to see a chiropractor but I was waiting for the right one and found it with Dr. Jensen. His approach to chiropractic care is in-depth and not your typical see you for a couple weeks and come back when the pain starts again. I don't want to use the wrong terminology but his technique includes in depth x-rays, re-alignment exercise, along with attention to your nutrition. Morgan's knowledge and guidance regarding nutrition makes this more then your typical chiropractors office. I would highly recommend seeing them. read more

Really excited about my experience here. Morgan and Kyle are great and really easy to talk to. They are incredibly well-versed and I am very much looking forward to going back.
