I wrote a review when I first started going to PT. Now after two months I want to say how very happy I am with the entire experience. Jacob Sager was my therapist and he helped me more than anyone I've seen in the past three years. I injured my back three years ago from exercises a young personal trainer had me doing. During those three years I tried accupuncture, massage, chiropractic, medical doctors, cupping .... and nothing worked. I'm 70 years old and used to be in good shape, but before starting PT I pretty much believed that this constant pain was going to be something I would just have to live with and it would probably just get worse as time went on. It had completely effected the quality of my life. I HAVE NO PAIN NOW!!! Jacob assessed my situation, read my xrays and started body work and exercise. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. At the end of two months I made such good progress that I no longer needed to go. I actually hated to stop because I liked the discipline and the results so much. The team here is very friendly and I always looked forward to showing up for my appointments. They are very flexible with setting up appointments around your schedule and it was easy to call the day before and reschedule for another day if necessary. Ned was my PT and he was excellent and helped me to recover from a sprained ankle. I hope I don't have to return but if I'm ever injured again I would definitely prefer to go here. read more
