They miss appointments, they lie. If you enjoy endless frustration and incompetence, baycare home are is the company for you. Otherwise, run! Run! Literally anywhere else for homecare. If you think this is a negative review, you're right! The only reason I gave 1 star, is because Yelp doesn't have the option for 0 stars. But don't take my word, do your own research. Look at their ratings, here on Yelp, Google, etc... It's all the same. 1-2 stars overall. They earned it! Every visit was a different nurse. They think it's acceptable to tell patients the time of their visit via phone call at 9pm the night before. We got one nurse that didn't know how to use the equipment, another who didn't bother to read the patients history and thus didn't seem to know why the patient was getting home care, and another that smelled like she just smoked a carton of Marlboros before coming into my home and leaving a stench that last for a half hour after she left. It was so bad even my dog was sneezing. A final note to baycare homecare.. Don't send me some stupid survey acting like you care. If You give a damn about your abomination of a service, speak to me. Leave a phone number of someone in charge. I'll call it.

She arrived a few hours later and stayed with us from Wednesday evening until Sunday morning when my wife passed. She was so compassionate and experienced. When there wasn't much to do she offered to cook and help with chores. She slept on the sofa next to my wife to make sure that issues were addressed promptly. Mike stopped by a couple times to make sure everything was covered, which it was. Seriously, what more could anyone ask? Rose was great.
