Dr. Kephardt is very knowledgeable and explains the physiology and mechanics of the affected systems and willingly and clearly answers all my questions. Each therapist knows what therapy I have had and how I should progress to additional movements. Dan and Issi are great: so enthusiastic and helpful as well as knowledgable too. They monitor my movements to be sure they are done correctly. They are all positive and supportive. The facilities are easily accessible with lots of parking. The waiting area the treatment rooms and areas spotless as are all the equipment and rest rooms.

For someone just taking a blind leap, I couldn't be happier with my choice. Right after I started my sessions my husband had an acute injury to his back and the surgeon wanted him to try therapy before he considered surgery which he did not want to do. He knew about PT Solutions through me and so he too signed up. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is an RN. We have a fair amount of experience with physical therapy modalities and can certainly recognize competency in the staff. The therapist, Diana is very knowledgeable and we felt at ease with her immediately. There was a student there being mentored by Diane so she was in teaching mode and having two sets of eyes and input was doubly instructive. I finished my therapy before my husband and I was thoroughly instructed on home exercises and informed I could come back in for "fine tuning" at any time. My husband finished today. He has had chronic back pain for years and since faithfully doing his exercises he has had a remarkable recovery. We both will continue our home exercises because we certainly have seen the benefit. my husband had a back injury that required surgery, but he needed steriod injections to reduce the…read moreswelling of the nerves in lower back. i was told he could be seen as early as monday since he has been in severe pain for 4 weeks. i gave them my insurance and provided all the medical records. i was supposed to receive an appointment. two days later they tell us they don't take our insurance. i called my insurance and they accept 90% of the treatment with a 10% copayment. clearly these people don't know what they are doing. i have informed the referring physcian to not refer patients in severe acute pain, as this place doesn't have patient care in mind.

Finally, seen Dr & Matt his PA..had total hip replacement in May 2024 walking next day no pain & used walker 2 days after that nothing to assist me. I didn't have PT . Well 3 months later I had the right hip replaced. No pain. Same exact results! I can move like I did in my 30's.. I've been to 13 doctors and this thinks he knows my body better than me! How is it ok to push a medication that you are allergic to and get away with it. Well he did.
