I have been a Tri-County Dermatology patient for at least 15 years with the same doctor. Never had an issue until Apex took over. Since then, everything has turned to SHIT. All calls go through a call center which involves pushing buttons that only leads to leaving a message. Then nobody calls you back. Depending on the results of my latest Biopsy, I will most likely look for dermatologist.

I was quite surprised when I was told the cost would be $150. Again, no explanation. Since I was eager to do something to minimize my scar, and had waited a month, I, regrettably, agreed and had the treatment. In retrospect, however, I'm pretty upset with myself for agreeing to a 50% increase in the price that I was quoted. So, when a staff member phoned me to confirm a second treatment that I initially scheduled, I declined and cancelled. As I was explaining my reason for cancelling, the staff member hung up on me. After 20 years of suffering and only able to remember the life I once lived, I needed a full hip replacement. Sadly, the pain continued following the surgery, so bad in fact that several nights a week for the past three plus years, I was unable in getting a good nights sleep. We felt comfortable and satisfied w/our experience and will see this doctor again. Following is my email: Dear Dr. Jane, We are so blessed to have found you! On the first morning after the medicine Al had shown improvement. His temperature reduced on that first day, in a small degree: the rash on his face was lessened. After the second day, the rash was gone from his face, and his chills/fever were more reduced. Today, the third day, his fever is gone, the rash on the body is gone, and all that is left, as Al said, is dry skin, cracked from the rash and swelling. Thank you for the follow up/phone visit today as well. We weren't home yesterday, we've had a family crisis that we've been also dealing with. We are so glad we found you.
