After a few basic questions from staff, I waited for the doctor for another 15 minutes. Dr. Amy is enthusiastic and will listen to your concerns. She's very quick and will move on to the next. When I called to set the appointment, the scheduler was very specific with directions, and I had no problem finding the building; I feel it's unfair for others to blame the office when they are the ones who are running late and/or can't find the place. I arrived early and the receptionists couldn't have been more friendly and professional. They had me look over and sign my paperwork, processed my co-pay, and instead of waiting until my appointment, they were able to get me in a few minutes later. The ladies who asked me medical questions were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Reep was, as well. He was very thorough, talked through the entire process, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I now have a dermatologist, it would seem, and I feel lucky that circumstances steered me to him. The affirm laser improved my skin textured and has helped to even out my skin tone so I do not have to wear as much make-up. I no longer have to wear foundation, just a little press powder and that's it!! I had laser hair removal done on my face and after the first treatment the hair stopped growing immediately.
