So I tried Convict Cash....hoping they were the real deal. Unfortunately my son never received the money I sent! I'm afraid they are scam artists and not trust worthy. I spoke to Victoria and she was very easy to talk to and very efficient. I had to do a same day delivery and Convict Cash was closing in 20 minutes so I made a phone call quickly before they closed but no one answered and I left a voicemail with all the information hoping that they would get back to me. Sure enough, I got a phone call from Victoria within five minutes and she had already typed in the information I gave on the phone. She sent me an invoice and while I was on the phone, I paid it and we were done by minute 6 of the phone call lol. She assured me that my cousin to whom I'm sending the money to will receive the money within the next hour! Ha! The lines are always short , tellers are friendly, helpful and polite , it's always just a great experience. Fred Snelling, the Wescom Branch Manager at 2871 W. 120th Street in Hawthorne, CA 90250, and a fellow veteran, went above and beyond to address my concerns and align them with a thoughtful, responsible vision for the future. As a 65-year-old Marine veteran, I'll admit I can sometimes have an on-and-off attitude, but Fred understood me perfectly, and I'm deeply grateful for his patience and insight. I don't know if Fred is a Christian, but his kindness and demeanor certainly reflected that spirit. I'm so impressed that I'm eager to refer my son, wife, and best friend to open accounts under Fred's leadership. If you're ever at this branch, be sure to say hello to Fred Snelling--he's someone who truly makes a difference.

Having worked with Andee in the past (2 home purchases) I knew I wanted to make her my first call for my home refinancing needs. Context/Background: -During COVID times it was just a smart opportunity for us to explore refinancing our home loan. -Even smarter was to call Andee Timeline: -From initial inquiry to funding/closing it took 3 months and a week -Initial estimate was to fund and close in 2 months While this timeline did not necessarily stick to original estimate, everyone needed to be a little more flexible and patient during these COVID (strange times) I do not necessarily fault Andee or her team there was just a LOT of back and forth in order to get our REFI completed. In the end, I'm very pleased with the results and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andee or her staff to my family or friends. Please at the least reach out and give her an opportunity to earn your business. Full transparency- I'm not exactly the easiest person to work with. I'm results and detail oriented, Andee and her team delivered and for that I'm very grateful.
