If I tried to hit somebody with a cane, I would be arrested. The woman was extremely coherent. She was not handicap. She was just entitled. Allow allowing one customer to swing at employees and then stay with the rest of us is absolutely unacceptable. While LA can be a strange place, allowing a disgruntled and violent person to stay with the rest of us is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
