I had the pleasure of visiting the Chase Hawthorne Branch what excellent customer service. My first visit I had an appointment with the bank manager, Nikki Samuels and while waiting in the customer waiting area was pleasantly greeted by several bank employees. Once I met Nikki I could tell she was a wonderful person and her staff had the same amazing presence. I enjoyed my meeting with Nikki who is not only polite and professional but also a positive light in a world often filled with darkness. A great personality and I can see her employers mirror that same glow. On my second visit, the same thing, positive and professional as well as just down to earth pleasant. I highly recommend this branch and the wonderful staff that appears to love what they do! Tell Nikki that George Upegui sent you! Highly recommended

Today I walked into this bank and was immediately profiled, ashley wilkins the teller was constantly giggling while supposedly verifying my check, I can hear her ask her manager if she should cash it or not then they both giggled (very unprofessional) and said that they would not cash my check despite it being legit, Instead of just returning it to me she even went as far as stamping it on purpose to cause further trouble. I contacted customer care and they said to talk to the issuer and have them call the bank directly to verify, what a joke. Im glad I don't bank at this bank!

I've got to say ... banks surely know how to make money off of you. For instance, you have a couple of transactions made into your account automatically and you have enough for one of those transactions. If the other transaction goes through then you'll be charged the overdraft charge. Now here's where they make their money. Let's say you have $60 in your account and one transaction is $99 and the other is $31. Both were pending the same day since they are being deducted from your account automatically from the vendors. Instead of taking out the $31 first since you have enough for that in your account, they take out the $99 transaction so both transactions are overdrawn. This happened to me a few times already and I do not appreciate the tellers telling me to call the 800 number when I could speak to one of their managers. Seriously, as soon as I can calm down and have the time to close my account then I will. Chase is just ridiculous.

I can not believe the lines here at this bank. I think customer service has lost its meaning here.

20 minutes in line!!! Wow the bank only cares about fees and not customer service. People should start to vote with there wallets and send a message to this bank. I don't bank here just have car loan with them..I was considering banking with this bank...but I will wait and see.

New ATM's are half the work force here now.

Went into branch at 12710 Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne CA. Asked for manager he sent teller to tell us that an additional hold was being extended. We insisted on talking to the Manager that's when we met Jose Lopez (manager) he told us the check was fraudulent and the checking account would be closed.He also said it would effect future ability to open an account because fraud alert would be placed on records with check system. He went on to say we said that wreceive a legal document to take to another bank and we could present that document to a new bank but it wouldn't be the actual check. Called the Attorney that issued the check and she said check was cleared on 03/29.24. Called back to Citi bank and talked to Timothy in fraud prevention and did conference call with Attorney. The attorney verified with Timothy (city bank) fraud prevention that she issued check and the check was cashed on 03/29/24. Timothy then said he had to call her directly and he would call us back never heard from him. Called back a 2nd time and talked to Noel. He started entire process over. He put us on hold alleging he tried to call lawyer back but He couldn't reach her. He kept putting us on hold. While on hold I called Attorney office and got her Assistance immediately who stated no one was calling. When Noel finally came back and I told him that I had just talked to the office he informed me the account would be closed in 3 days for fraud. We asked fot a Supervisor got Jem she said she would call the attorney in thf morning .3/3/24 Talked to Gabriel he can't confirm check with Lawyer. We were told at branch to call and ask for someone in USA. Everyone we spoke to refused to transfer us. Finally today we got USA and was told phone system doesn't allow representatives to reach attorney with a 213 area code. So everyone was lying. We have a number to call in USA now. So at last we talked to Sade a representative at CITI bank in USA. She verified validity of check with attorney and has taken steps to take account and debit card out of fraudulent closer status and reinstate account. But it takes up to 2 weeks for this process even though check cleared same night it was deposited into Citi bank. This has been humiliating. We were told by branch manager in front of customers that it was fraudulent activity. We have hooked to at least a dozen people who blue smoke up our butts. And last thing we have been told is too wait Talked to Mart today. He first said stated that account was being Finally Clearec

The lines are always short , tellers are friendly, helpful and polite , it's always just a great experience. The only issue would be the occasional parking lot being a bit crowded since they share the out with several other businesses but that's not their fault So it you're looking for a credit union I'd suggest checking this one out in Inglewood on Century right by Costco .

This was greatly appreciated because I do not keep my eye on the mortgage rate market since I am terrible at financial planning. Alan saved me over $200+ each month on my mortgage payments and all the closing costs were covered by the credit union. An incredible deal. Alan made the process seamless for me and explained all the technical details. Whenever I had a question about the technical jargon, Alan would break it down for me in layman's terms. I am a big believer in nonprofit banking, so it felt really great to not only refinance with a credit union but to also know that my mortgage remains with the credit union for the remainder of its term. I've been banking with California Credit Union for many years -- my savings and checkings accounts are with CCU and I hope to stay with them for the remainder of my time on earth!

And so I asked if I could open an account to deposit the check and she stated it would take over an hour to open an account. I was able to open an account on the website in less than 3 minutes, deposit the check right away. This level of poor integrity is unacceptable. Would never want to come to this place again.
