I have also called and been told that we would receive a call back with an update. Today when I called they told me that when we dropped it off that they were over 2 weeks before they could even look at it. We were never told this. They have ordered at least 3 parts that we never got an estimate on. They just took it upon themselves that we would pay for it. I feel like they are pulling a bait and switch on us. Today I talked to the manager and he was very rude to me and told me that they don't have the time to return customer phone calls with updates on the repairs. He told me that they only have 3 technicians and over hundreds of machines to repair. Sounds to me like they need to hire more technicians and someone to call customers back with estimates and updates on when the repairs will be done. I just hope that we are not paying for labor hours on all of this.

The cylinder and piston were scored. Ipaco said it failed because of lack of lubrication. Stihl doesn't warrant lack of lubrication. They said I can purchase a new piston and cylinder kit for almost 300 dollars. I told them it was their fuel that caused it. They must have filled it with regular gas. If I had known they were dishonest and liars, I wouldn't have purchased a weed eater from them.

I show up they have me pay I come out then they say they only have 1 plow for me but I already paid the cash... fast forward to a week I call them they say they will get the salter ready other plows a few days out well I shoe up my salter has salt that's rock hard so now I have to empty it and if I want ir now I have to be the one to cut the wiring harness out and everything.
