Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. My husband & I we so excited because it was like nothing happened. Even our fur baby we excited to have his yard back. Due to the age of the roof and the cost of repairs we agreed a complete new roof and gutters were needed. He provided a written quote with a fair price and asked for 50% down. His crew showed up on Sunday, did the whole roof and came back Monday and finished up with the gutters. Excellent work and cleanup of the job site.

I get things happen but an hour? He did show 45 mins late not an hour. Never apologized for being late, not rude just didn't seem to care.
