She was so fast in getting back to us with important documents we needed to sign. She stuck with us through a horrible experience with the owner of the house we were buying.

I thought he was an upstanding man, but I guess as he ages money is his only motivation. So, I ended up selling the house not "as is". It shouldn't have been listed as such, as there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't realize that it would scare off buyers. Also, she listed the house too low; after a couple of months I insisted she raise the price. Ended up selling $13,000 higher that she originally listed. Her knowledge of the market was inadequate - the house should have been listed higher at the beginning. Should have sold for at least $8,000 more than it did. She's a buyers agent - seemed to be more accommodating to the buyer and I felt she didn't adequately represent me, the seller.

She ran an open house and even unstopped a toilet after one of the viewers plugged it - I never thought that would be a seller's agent service! Kathy was there through the entire sale. I had moved, and was no longer able to be on site, and she handled all of the last minute issues before closing. My house sold quickly and at near asking price, which means that it was correctly priced and well represented. She earned her commission and I am ever grateful.

I don't know what they used for cheese, but one of them was so sharp and bitter that I had to spit it out. Even my husband who will eat just about anything, he didn't want them. Literally only 2 guest liked it. One was my neice so I gave her the whole pan to take home! 7. Baked stuffed chicken . I had send out invites to 60 ppl so she wanted 3 trays of the chicken . When the final number was 45 she wanted me to keep the same number this was there was one for everyone . I didn't have a problem with that. The first tray of chicken was very dry and all of the chicken only had a very thin layer of stiffing. I was dissapointed with that. The 2 other trays of chicken were nice and moist. My other problem was I took home 24 pieces of chicken so in hind sight I think 2 trays would have been enough. Oh the chicken was flavorful just way too much to take home! We had a ton of left overs ! At least 1/2 of each tray Except for the salad , there was only another 1/20 left. They salad was really good! Very well proportioned everything inside. Overall though the food was pretty good except for a few items! Even though not everything was to my likings we all need to realize everyone makes dished differently . Some we like and others we won't . Also I think I could have been more explicit on how I wanted some of the items made. I would use this company if the need arose. Grown extremely frustrated with them not returning calls, refusing to talk on the phone and only email. I was getting ready to either do an Air BNB or hotel for a few weeks till we found something. Just on a last ditch effort reached out to Robinsons late on a Friday night. Monday morning had a return call, Tuesday viewed the apartment and applied, Wednesday afternoon had conformation and accepted application. I really can't say enough about Jen and how absolutely professional, fast acting, and quick to respond to our communications. People with cash to put down that day and great credit scores should not have to deal with the nonsense of the various other rental companies in the area.
