Build your own Bloody Mary
Paul B.

Been there before. Love it. Never went for Sunday brunch before and true to form it was worth the trip. Had the fried egg sandwich and fries which was delicious but the highlight was my mimosa...spectacular. Will go back just for that. My wife made her own unique Bloody Mary with shrimp, bacon and a chicken wing. I wasn't that brave but she loved it.

Beth Orton

Had the opportunity to see Beth Orton at the new GCA. I'm already looking forward to my next show. First, the parking was ok because I was early, but it was all on-street parking and I can see a bigger show would be challenging. The staff was easy going and the space is very welcoming. I was so pleased with the bar selection and prices. They had some many local selections and the bartender was able to make recommendations. They had Brew Master Jack which was really delicious and it was served in an actual pint glass. The sound for the show was pretty good considering. I'm excited to see where they take this space and opportunity. Holyoke finally has a little gem.

Phenomenal place to eat, great atmosphere and great beer choices. Food is exceptional! Great bands that play almost every weekend and the specials change all the time! Would recommend everyone to come to this establishment if you're ready for a food orgasm! Come and see what I'm talking about!

It was a blank canvas that allowed our personalities to shine bright on our day. Gorgeous industrial-rustic meets modern convenience, and a staff of prepared and relaxed professionals to help you through the details. Michelle St. Jaques (Marjorie, too!) was the grounding force that made sure our vision was seen through to the end. You know how it goes, the people you love want to lend a hand, and often their opinions about decor and layout and design are...their own. Michelle made sure our needs were met through the melee. We had a truly "diy" wedding. We bought and designed the lighting, hauled in and laid out the floral work, hand-made favors and place cards and decorated our cake. We came armed with sticks and fabric panels and a myriad of gold spray-painted accessories. On the Friday before our wedding, we were allowed to come in and set up with the Mill 1 staff following our design plan and instruction, and we could not have been happier about how it turned out. What a perfect celebration. The vendors we were given to choose from for catering were great, the bridal "ready room" was comfortable, and a beautiful setting for photos, and we just cannot be thankful enough for everything. If you're here looking for a fresh, green, and original space to get married or host an event, this space far exceeded my expectations, down to the extreme cleanliness of everything - including the shiny wood floors. My wife was overtaken with the urge to knee-slide across the floor during Heart's "Alone" and her white pants were untouched by dirt or dust. Those are pretty clean floors!

I was told however that we would be seated next to each other 6 feet apart. That didn't happen. I had someone else family next to me and my family in the middle of the room. Next, the waitress we had was seriously clueless. She missed one of the courses, missed bringing 1 of the salads and never filled our coffee or water, even when asked. My daughters table never even got there salad and when she asked them about it, they bagged it up to take home with her. I didn't book the Delaney House because we has such an awful Valentines dinner at that event. You expect changes due to Covid but not in customer service. I have to say it is the last event I will attend at Delaney House or the Log Cabin. I did write about my horrible experience at the Delaney house for Valentines dinner and was never even contacted and anyone at that 4 hour joke will agree. It was awful. 10 people at $50 + tip is a lot of money to pay to have to ask "several" times to get a second cup of coffee and average food. I expected more.
